Adult Playschool - PM session - Friday 13 December
All the dogs in this session didn’t really like water when I first started working with them and now they have progressed so much. Often the adult Playschool is also Doggie swim lessons as so many of the dogs learn to get more and more comfortable around water. The reason I like to teach all the dogs to swim is because firstly it’s really cooling for them, especially in our hot summers. And also it’s a really good skill to have as if they ever fall into water they will be able to swim and get to shore. I also teach them to follow my directions when they get stuck and they can’t find a way out and again, this is a really good skill for them to learn if they do fall into water and then follow your instructions so they don’t panic.
Chloe is now so comfortable around water and is even swimming in deeper water. Ranger, the youngest of the group, is also so much more comfortable around water and is learning to swim nicely.
Lulu has also come such a long way from not wanting to put even a paw in the water and today she did so well. It’s funny because she is the biggest of the group and the one that can touch in most places but she gets a mental block, so I just help her and encourage her along and she was fine and conquered her fears.
So proud of them all ❤️🐾
Adult Playschool - AM session - Friday 13 December - The ball chasers 🤣🤪
This group all love to chase balls, so they had lots of fun together.
Milo loves the water so much and he’s so cute how he just goes for his little swims not because he’s chasing a ball but because he just loves swimming so much, so adorable. And his best friend Kobe is a great swimmer too, they were so happy to be together on their little adventure.
Maci is such a confident swimmer now and has no hesitation in swimming into the deeper water to get the ball, such a change from when she started, go, Maci! ❤️🐾
Puppy play school Wednesday 11 December
A big welcome to Juno, the most gorgeous 13 weeks old German Shepherd puppy. She did so well for her first time and she loved mingling with the other dogs and even went in the pool straight up. German Sheperds are beautiful dogs but it’s important to socialise them at a young age as otherwise a lot of them become reactive when not socialised. But Juno has started her training early so she will become a social and well behaved dog and she will learn from the older doggies too.
It was another wet session, but once again we were lucky and the rain stopped. As usual the dogs loved splashing in the paddles, their own Doggie waterpark 🤣❤️🐾
Adult Play School Wednesday 27 November
A big welcome to Lulu the gentle giant. I am so proud of how far she has come since starting one on one training with me and now she’s finally made it to Playschool, which is a big achievement as when I first started with her I never thought she could join. And on top of that she has overcome her fear of water, which is another big milestone because she wouldn’t even put a paw in before. So well done Lulu, so good to see her have a great time with the other dogs ❤️🐾
Milo had such a great time when he came when he was boarding with me and he is such a good dog with great recall, which is one of the prerequisites for attending adult Playschool. And he is the first dog to be admitted to the session that hasn’t undergone one on one outdoor training with me as generally most dogs don’t qualify as it is my most advanced session. Great to have you on board Milo 💙🐾
Puppy play school Wednesday 27 November
Another fun morning with lots of splashing in the pool, the dogs love it so much that they can’t wait for it to be filled up 🤣🤪❤️🐾
Adult Playschool Friday 22 November
Yet again another rainy day but we were lucky enough that by the time we got to the forest it had stopped raining and it didn’t start again until we got back in the car, so well timed!
They all enjoyed a good run, especially after all the rain we’ve been having, it was nice and quiet on the way home with the doggies fast asleep 😆❤️🐾
Puppy Playschool Wednesday 20 November
It’s been a rainy few days, but we were lucky to have a break in the rain for our session and the dogs as usual loved splashing in the paddles. And even with the rain they still wanted the pool, they can’t get enough of water 🤣🤪
Adult play school Friday 15 November
Another great time at the beach. Kobe and Milo joined us for the session as they are born with me at the moment and they had a great time too, they love the water.
People often tell me when they meet us how well behaved and under control all the dogs are and that’s what a well-trained pack of dogs should look like ❤️🐾
Puppy Play School Wednesday 13 November
A big welcome to Jasper who joined us for the first time after doing some one on one training with me to improve his social skills. He has come such a long way since the first day I met him when he didn’t really know how to interact with other dogs and could have never been in a group of dogs like this.
And he absolutely loved it and was so good with all the other dogs and actually really likes being around dogs. And OMG, I think he loves water even more than Layla. They were so cute sharing the pool together.
Also, a big Happy Birthday to Ranger who turns one today.
He’s another one that has come a long way since first coming to play school when he was only weeks old.
Bonnie was so cute settling into the cool hole she claimed as her spot ☺️
Adult play school Friday 8 November
Afternoon at the beach today and the dogs will be tired tonight because they all did lots of running.
Lilly as usual did her chasing the waves and today it was perfect for her as there were lots of them 😀
Puppy play school Wednesday 6 November
The gorgeous Layla loves the pool so much and she cracks me up how she dives in. It’s so cute how she’s so accepted by the little fluffy dogs. She has been coming since she was weeks old and has grown up with these doggies, such a beautiful bond ❤️🐾
Another fun time at play school 😁

Puppy Play school Wednesday 30 October
Lots of fun on our first day back after my holiday. As always, the welcome back from the puppies is always awesome, so good to see them all again ❤️🐾
