Exceptional service from Pawssum in Brisbane, on Christmas day. Our Staffordshire Bull Terrier was sick Christmas Eve which continued on Christmas day. I called Pawssum after 7pm to checked on the price
which was very reasonable considering it was now Christmas night. They connected me with a lovely vet Dr Shaan who came to our house within a couple of hours and swung into action checking out our boy and giving him an injection to help ease the vomiting. Our boy is feeling a lot better and definitely has his appetite back. This is our second time using Pawssum and will definitely use again."

Although Canberra is not a tiny town having an unwell dog on a public holiday is stressful with most vet practices closed. A quick online search gave me the name of Pawssum. They were easy to contact, prompt in making an appointment and kept me informed of the progress of the vet arrival. Dr Kel was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and incredibly good with a much loved dog who has steadily improved since her treatment plan was put in place. The follow up communications have been clear, precise and professional. I would recommend Pawssum and Dr Kel in a heartbeat and won’t hesitate to use this service again.
