Evaluation of ears and eyes requires close up examination. In veterinary medicine we use an Otoscope with a long specula to reach down the elongated canine or feline ear canal. Our furry friends have a vertical and horizontal ear canal where humans have a shorter purely horizontal ear canal.

Blood pressure and your pets.
Did you know our feline friends can experience high blood pressure?
And often without their humans realising that it is a problem. For older cats, blood pressure most commonly increases secondarily to kidney disease and/or an overactive thyroid. High blood pressure can lead to blindness, heart disease and neurological symptoms.
What better way to assess your cats blood pressure than at home and I can work with your current veterinary clinic to monitor your felines blood pressure.

I love visiting people and their furry friends at home. Such a difference to their stress levels when examined in their own environment. It is a beautiful experience 🥰.
