Healthy foods and drinks are just as important for chickens. We provide our chickens with a cocktail of caffeine free kombucha, oregano brew, honey, and apple cider vinegar in their water each morning. It’s time consuming but it keeps their gut health active and healthy. Upon request we provide a complimentary kombucha kit with SKOBY and directions on how to make the kombucha for your chickens and family members with each chicken you order with Lochys Chook Farm. That way continuing Healthy practices with your chickens at home and sharing the good health with your family

Before The Egg

Back in late 2019 lochy brought a property in the mangrove mountain region.

soon after we were hit with bush fires, claim the wildlife and the flora on the property. Luckily we were able to protect the livestock on the land with the help of the Rural Fire Brigade, much love to those guys.

Now after the devastation to the land we plan to rebuild and establish the land back to its historical past. As back a number of generations ago the property was used as a massive chicken farm.
