Hi All,
I have some news! Pippys Pooch grooming is unfortunately taking a step back and a break by stopping all trade from the 30th of March. There are a number of reasons for this very hard decision ranging from last-minute cancelations, no payment of fees, and most of all personal reasons as well. People do tend to forget that this is a full-time job and that paying your fees is my only source of income.

As you all know I love my job and love each and every one of your fur babies and I appreciate everyone's support over the past year!
If you are wanting me to groom your pooch one last time please message me to book in before the 30th!

As for everyone who is booked in past the 30th I will try and message everyone with contact details for another reliable groomer!

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and has been on this crazy journey with me! I can't thank you all enough as I wouldn't have come this far if it wasn't for all the support, loyalty, and love you have all given me!🐶

So for a special offer for the month of February 2023, I will be offering 5% off all services! 🎉

Hi all, This isn't a post I want to make but it seems I need to!

I have $760 in unpaid invoices and this isn't how a business can operate. You wouldn't want to work for free and neither do I. With the cost of living rising, I also need to be able to pay my bills! I run Pippy's Pooch Grooming as a full-time business and is my only source of income!
Everyone who bank transfers, receives an invoice after every service so there is no reason not to pay! If this continues I will resort to EFT (min of a $2.50 surcharge!) and cash payments only!

🌟BANK TRANSFERS🌟

As of Monday 24th of October, there will be some changes in regards to bank transfers. I want to make payment as smooth as possible for yourself and for us however over the past few weeks I have noticed that people are not transferring in a timely manner which means we need to change our process.

All bank transfer payments need to be paid by end of business on the day of your service. Every day that passed will incur a $5 fee.

We still have the payment option of cash or card if preferred.
Please keep in mind though that paying by card will incur a small surcharge fee.
