A huge CONGRATULATIONS to Joe Cimino and Zaya for obtaining their Novice Title with a score of 193/200 pts and 3rd Place in the Ring at the German Shepherd Dog Club National Trials held at KCC Park this weekend.

The main photo shows Joe being presented with his awards by Dawn Fraser, the Patron of the German Shepherd Dog Club and Kim Houlden, the Judge for this Class.

Other photos show medals and a Certificate of Excellence for Zaya! There will also be some videos of them both working in the Ring uploaded on our Website next week. Great work Joe and Zaya!

We wish all our Members a safe and happy break over the Christmas and New Year period. The Club will resume training on Sunday 5th February 2023. Bookings for our February "New Member Induction Sessions" will open on the 9th January 2023.

TRAINING RESUMES AT THE CLUB ON SUNDAY 7TH OF FEB, 2021. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE RETURNING OR JOINING THE CLUB AS A NEW MEMEBER!

CURRENT MEMBERS
Training will resume 7th February 2021. Normal Class times to resume. 9am-10am for Classes 1 to 3, 10am-11am for classes 4 and above.

Please do not come if you are sick

Members that renewed their membership in November 2020 will need to pick up their new 2021 Name Tags from the office before the start of their class. If you are not wearing your name tag you will not be permitted to train.

We are working under a COVID Safe Plan with strict rules that must be adhered to or you will be asked to leave the grounds.

SOCIAL DISTANCING
Members are required to keep 1.5 meters apart AT ALL TIMES outside the clubrooms and on the training grounds.
If you are working inside the clubroom for any reason, you must keep to the one person per four square meter rule.

CLUBROOM
Restricted to office staff or Instructors when required to be inside to conduct club business

Provision of new member induction sessions.

Kitchen will be closed; no coffee or tea can be provided at this time.

Masks must be worn.

TOILET FACILITIES
Can only be accessed via the side door, please do not go through the clubroom.

ATTENDANCE RECORDS
To comply with Government regulations, we will be recording your attendance at the club. Your name and contact phone number will be recorded with the date and time you arrived at the club.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your class and wait on the ground in the class areas to have your attendance recorded. At all times whilst at the club, you must observe the social distancing regulation of staying 1.5 meters apart.

NEW MEMBERS

New Member Induction Sessions are held on the first and third Sunday of the month. (Unless otherwise stated)

Bookings are essential.

To book in for a session please email [email protected]

- Advise the name of the person/persons attending the session.
- A contact phone number.
- Which session you require. (first or third Sunday of the month)
- The age of your dog/dogs. (we do not take dogs under 18 weeks of age)

We will acknowledge your booking request via return email and send you a Membership Form that needs to be filled out.

To finalise your Induction session booking and membership you will need to:-

Return the completed Membership form via email

Pay your Membership Fee online by an EFT bank transfer (our preferred method)

Our banking details are on the Membership form.
​Due to Covid-19 safety for our office staff we are trying to keep things as “contact free” as possible.

If you cannot return your membership form via email or pay your membership online, you can hand it in to the office prior to your Induction session and pay your membership fees at the window.

Proof of Vaccination is also required.
