For something different today I took 4 of my 6 dogs at once for a walk with my son's girlfriend's big dog.
Calm manners rub off helping to teach the big girl to walk with us and not drag us trying to pull our arms off.
Ages are 11.5yrs, 5yrs, 18mths and 2 x 1yr olds

Sadly there won't be any river adventures for Benji or Chloe today due to lockdown. There's nowhere really exciting we can go within the 10k radius.

With the high temperatures we are experiencing during the day we waited until dusk to walk today. Two tired but happy pups now fast asleep.
I love the way both pups check in with me while keeping close yet full of confidence even walking beside a busy main road ❤

Today saw Benji and Chloe enter their first conformation show.
It was a little overwhelming for them with all the noisy big dogs especially after a 3hr car ride.
Benji was awarded best baby ACD but no love in group.
We have a bit of work to do building confidence around the ring but they stood like statues for the judge.
Once again I need a better photographer but we at least have a stacked photo of each so thank you Ryan

Official weigh in today at the vets at 13 weeks old.
Benji is 10.2kgs (22.5lbs)
Chloe is 7.6kgs (17lbs)
Both are very healthy and suitable weights for their frames. Benji is definitely taking after Eric and Chloe is taking after Charlie. I need to start carrying cleaning wipes the way Chloe excitedly pees everywhere 🤣

Took the pups out to the river for their first outing where they could walk.
They had so much fun on the sand and in the water. After some fun we walked up to the church and took a photo with the creator of the Halls Heeler. We met a family visiting a recently passed member who was a direct descendant of the Thomas Hall.

Chloe and Benji went on their first outing to Bunnings today and for pups who will only be 11 weeks tomorrow they acted like they've been doing it for years. So calm and confident and just took it all in. We didn't stay too long as it was rather warm even for us humans

For those who think I'm brave (or stupid) walking 5 dogs at once, it's extremely easy when they are trained to stay close off lead even with the distraction of cows only a few feet away. Chloe at 12mths old
