Happy Graduation Roxy and Oakley! 👏🤩
These two puppies were so shy at their first puppy class but by final class they were tearing around the paddock having new experiences and meeting and playing with other puppies and people (and raiding treat pockets... *aherm Oakley*) 😄 - such a joy to see! Well done puppy parents 🙌

I think this Husky pup would say the best thing about Puppy Classes was the offlead playtime for romping in the long grass 😄 Each week he would beeline for the grassy jungle, not caring if the other puppies preferred the nice mowed grass, he went bunny hopping by himself...with just his fluffy white tail for us to see 🐰😅👏 So cute and funny!

Sweet Blue visited us at the paddock for some help with learning to walk nicely on the lead 🐕 She had a nice time walking, sniffing and enjoying snacks (all contingent on keeping the lead slack 😉). But I think Blue would say that the best part of the session was locating some lovely duck poop.....which she rolled and rolled....and rolled....and rolllllllled in.... 🦆
Blue went home looking very pleased with herself and impressed with her new ducky perfume (Which we provided at no extra charge of course!) 😅
PS Rolling is a normal dog behaviour!

💥 FIND-IT 💥
Archer and Nova are searching for hidden food in the grass! 👃 Why?

In this instance it provided an opportunity to take a break from playing. These two puppies have different play styles and different maximum speeds 😁 They'd had a lovely time romping around for a while but playing the FindIt game and mutually sniffing out tasty snacks brought them back on the same page, helping to avoid a situation of over stimulation or frustration. This also helped them gear-down before home time.

FindIt has lots of uses but can easily be integrated in to a puppy's mental and physical exercise by popping some of their mealtime out in the yard or in some scrunched up paper.
😴 Sniffing out snacks is a tiring exercise!

Archer and Nova 😍 Puppies always love romping through the luscious long grass during winter puppy classes. The paddock will be slashed soon for summer but Archer enjoyed one more cold wet Saturday morning to bunny hop through the grass🐰 Nova's shorter legs preferred the freshly mowed section 😁
