Thursday morning I completed my last official walk for the October One Foot Forward fundraiser 🚶‍♀️.
I took part in memory of friends who lost their battle, for friends who suffer the loss of their loved ones every single day, and for each of us who struggle, in order to raise awareness and to help fund crucial mental health research and support services at Black Dog Institute.

I passed my goal of actively walking 100kms this month, and hope to keep it up. Thank you to those that offered encouragement and support, and to those that have donated to such a worthwhile cause.

Hi everyone. I think I may have bitten off more than I can chew, but am asking for your support, and help to keep me accountable.

This month, I’ll be taking part in One Foot Forward challenge to help reduce the impact of mental illness and su***de.

Sadly people are still walking their pets in this hot weather. This can lead to burnt paws, heat stroke and even death.

Remember, in weather like this, you need to wait for pavement to cool down after sunset. So leave walking your pets until after 8pm or before 7am.
