Our Smooth coated breeds need pampering too, their hair may be short but it can still get built up with dead skin and hair.. our exfoliating shampoo and nourishing conditioner will make their coats feel brand new. We know not every dog is the same and that’s why we stock a range of shampoos and conditioners to suit their coat and skin type.

Those gorgeous floppy ears we all love so much can be be a real problem for some of our beloved pooches, keeping ears hair free is one of the most important things we do, that’s why we offer a clean and flush when necessary, we want to keep your pups feeling their best no matter which way their ears point!

So many dogs don’t like the dryer or different aspects of grooming, rest assured when we are pampering your Pooch their comfort is our priority. Thats why when needed, we use happy hoodies! Keeping their ears secure adds extra comfort from that pesky dryer.

🐾Let’s talk double coated breeds!🐾

Your dogs coat might be feeling a bit dull in these colder months, with dandruff, dead skin and dead coat build up, this can quickly lead to compacted areas and matting. That’s why grooming is important year round 🐶🛁

We also offer an additional de-shedding treatment that includes a targeted shampoo that will loosen all that dead skin and hair, with conditioner to look after the new coat coming through and nourish the existing coat, this treatment is recommended every 4-6 weeks for best results and for dogs that shed an insane amount. No treatment will ever stop shedding but lets get as much as we possibly can out to save your couch🤩

We are now 25 days away from our first day of operation 😁 our first week is FULLY BOOKED, second week there are a few spots left and decent availability in the third and fourth week, goodness me thank you to everyone that has booked, I am so grateful! 🫶

Did you know we offer puppy grooming? Starting your puppy off with the right training is one of the best things you can do for them!

It goes without saying that long coated breeds need this training and experience early on but even short coated breeds benefit from regular grooming, nail trimming, teeth and ear cleaning! Preventative treatments really help set your puppy up for life all of which you can book with us 🥳

Molly Ford here 😀😀

I am so incredibly excited to announce that together with Ricky Howling we have started a new business venture together... The Pooch Crew! Mobile Grooming and Dog wash servicing Greater Geelong, Golden Plains and surrounds.

Taking bookings from July 31st onwards 😊

Everyone knows what a huge part of my life my dogs are and I have been incredibly fortunate to turn my love of all dogs into a career.

I have now been showing in conformation for 3 years and have owned, groomed and shown 5 Australian Terriers to their Australian Championship titles – two of which I bred. As well as handling many different breeds at shows, traveling all over Victoria and interstate. Australian Terriers are my heart breed and I can’t imagine life without them.

As they are hand stripped this sparked my interest in grooming and I started elaborating on grooming different breeds, I have been grooming on and off for a couple years now and recently in the last few months have been grooming at a show friends salon in Melbourne while getting the business up and running. I can’t wait to be surrounded by dogs every single day.

I would like to thank a few special people that starting this business would not have been possible without.

To Ricky Howling who floated the idea to me one day and I laughed at him, then the more we spoke about it the more I started to believe I might be able to do it, something he knew all along. Without you and your knowledge this wouldn’t ever have been possible, and I will be forever grateful you invested in me and my dreams – I am so looking forward to adding another layer to our friendship and starting out as business partners 😊❤️

To Toby Ford for encouraging me to take this leap and dive into making a future for our family, my own career has been on the back burner as I focused on raising babies into the gorgeous big kids they are, none of the breeding, showing and this business would ever have happened without your support.

To Maryann White and Julie Ford for un-wavering support to not only get this up and running, but for the extra drop off's, pickups and babysitting - you really are the best mums anyone could ask for ❤️
