Dog Roll Temporary Out Stock.
Hello TP and Para, we are experiencing some issues getting the Dog Roll up to us cold and unfortunately the last order came up heated and needed to be thrown out for food safety reasons. We are working with our supplier and Toll to come up with a solution and get this product back for you. Sorry for any inconvenience.

WE ARE STILL OPEN
Hello Tom Price and Paraburdoo,
Due to the unfolding Covid-19 pandemic, we are implementing the following precautions, listed below, in order to remain open. These are uncertain times, but be rest assured, we are doing out best to continue to look after our patients while protecting ourselves and doing our part to protect the community.

We appreciate the support of our clients following our precautions - if anyone of our team is exposed and we have to go into self isolation, there is nobody available to replace me and the clinic will have to close.

Please also be patient as we get used to these new measures.

- Wait in your car and we will come out to you to collect your pet.

- Call us if you need to pick up pet food or medication

Most of our clinics will now be working in two teams, who will have no professional or social cross over for the foreseeable future. This ensures that if one team comes into contact with a COVID-19 person or becomes ill, the other team can continue to provide appropriate veterinary care for your pets. Something we obviously take very seriously.

There will also be changes made to how we provide veterinary care, with the majority of consultations now being performed as ‘kerbside’. This means that we will essentially arrange to collect your pet from outside the clinic and perform the consultation via teleconference or we**am in some practices. Individual cases may be assessed and modified, such as emergencies and final farewells.

Please phone the clinics for all appointments and ensure to adhere to the strict social distancing and self-isolation guidelines. If you have returned from overseas in the last 14 days, have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or are experiencing fever or flu like symptoms - STAY AT HOME. If you are in this situation and your pet requires veterinary attention, phone our team and we can work with you to arrange appropriate care whilst protecting our staff.
