🙏 Thank You to Natalie, Bron and family for transporting the pound family to safety today.

Sadly two of the kittens have passed away, so mum and 1 kitten are now in the safety of another group.

The sad reality is mum was only young herself and having kittens, fending for herself and her babies took it's toll. As a community we have to do better!

We feel like broken records......if you have a pet ensure you get it desexed. We are seeing way too many babies having babies.

If you get a "free kitten" then make sure you do the right thing and at the very least get it desexed and microchipped.

RIP little ones.💔💔

This beautiful, smart, dog social teenage pup Jamal is still looking for a forever home.

Surely there is a family out there looking for a devine goofball like Jamal

Jamal aka Keegan is ready to search for a home that is wanting a stunning large breed pup.

Jamal is a beautiful, affectionate and loving boy that according to DNA Results is a 😊 Staffy x Mastiff x Boxer + extra's.

Jamal aka Keegan was adopted just like his brother Grae and sister's Saya & Arisa who have all been adopted and settled in their homes. Unfortunately for Jamal he was a little too rambunctious for his family, so he came back into our care.

Jamal has grown considerably in size and has an absolutely amazing nature. He currently weighs around 29 kgs at 8 months of age (DOB 20/06/2024). We think Jamal is probably as tall as he is going to get (Ridgeback height) but will most likely fill out more.

Jamal is currently sleeping outside but has previously been crate trained and slept inside. This boy loves cuddles on the couch or anywhere his humans will accommodate him !

When up and about Jamal loves to play with other dogs although he needs to be reminded not to be too rough. As a pup he was respectful with a cat he was in foster care with.

Jamal is a clean boy and 95% toilet trained, with only the occasional accident. Jamal is a big goofy teenager that needs reminding of his early training of sitting on command and coming when called.

Jamal is an absolutely gorgeous teenage pup that needs clear and consistent boundaries. He will be a beautiful and faithful family member for the right family. He is desexed, vaccinated, flea and worm treated and microchipped. His adoption fee is $450

To express your interest in having this precious boy join your family please email us at [email protected]

Tell us a bit about your family and the type of home you can offer this amazing, devoted fellow.

Hi I am Sunny. I am one of Maggie's Son's born in care on a VERY HOT night on 13 January 2025.

Two of my littermates were DNA Tested and both came back with us being mostly Kelpie with a small percentage of Border Collie in our linage.

I am a super smart boy that is always up for adventures. I am an active boy that loves to run, although I am still a bit un-coordinated as a pup. I feel like I am running like the wind but then tumble as my legs become a bit wonky with the speed.

I absolutely love water and will play under the sprinkler or splash in the dam for ages.

I am on rural property and hanging out with other dogs of different ages and sizes. I am exposed to cats, chickens, horses and other livestock. I am still learning around these so have not been graduated to a helper yet!

I am looking for an active home that is prepared to put in the training and keep my mind and body active as I grow up and mature.

I will go to my home desexed, had two vaccinations (I will need a booster) microchipped and flea and worm treated. I have been wormed regularly since being born. My adoption fee is $800.

I will be ready to be formally adopted around the 13th of April, but can head to a foster to adopt arrangement if you live in or close to Horsham.

If your interested in giving me (Sunny) a home please call Carolyn on 0427 221 231 or Tina on 0438 535 623.

Hi my name is Chanda. I am a fun-Loving, Cheeky Girl that is one of Maggie's pups.

I was born in care on a VERY HOT night on 13 January 2025. Two of my littermates were DNA Tested and both came back with us being mostly Kelpie with a small percentage of Border Collie in our linage.

My foster carers sum my personality as being playful, energetic, and full of cheeky charm!

Chanda is a busy little girl with a big personality. She’s always on the go, full of energy, and ready for fun! She loves to play with her toys, running around with her big doggy friend, and absolutely adores kids—she's always up for a game.

She has been an inside/outside dog and sleeps in a dog enclosure inside at night. She has lived with three children (ages 10, 6, and 4) and gets along well with both large and small dogs.

Training & Needs:
Toilet training – She's improving every day!
Basic commands – She’s learning "sit" and "stay" but will need continued training.
Excitement jumping – She gets very excited and will need ongoing training to help with this.

What Chanda Needs in a Home:
• A family with another dog to play with would be ideal.
• She loves kids and would thrive in a home with children but would also do well in a kid-free home.
• A farm or active home would be amazing—she could even become a great working dog!
• A patient owner willing to continue her training and provide plenty of playtime and exercise.

If you’re looking for a fun, loving, and cheeky companion, Chanda is the perfect pup for you!

Chanda will go to her home desexed, had two vaccinations ( will need a booster) microchipped and flea and worm treated. She have been wormed regularly since being born. Chanda's adoption fee is $800.

Chanda will be ready to be formally adopted around the 13th of April, but can head to a foster to adopt arrangement if you live in or close to Horsham.

If your interested in giving me (Chanda) a home please call Carolyn on 0427 221 231 or Tina on 0438 535 623.

Hi my name is Fahren and I am one of Maggie's sons born in care on a VERY HOT night on 13 January 2025.

Two of my littermates were DNA Tested and both came back with us being mostly Kelpie with a small percentage of Border Collie in our linage.
If I wasn’t named Fahren then I could have been named Shadow. I love my humans and follow the around the house or yard like their little shadow.

I am food orientated and respond well to training with treats. I like toys and have a squeaky duck that keeps me entertained and I like a game of tug of war. I love cuddles and pats and think I’m a lap dog but I can still be a little mouthy. Chew toys are a good idea for me. I would make a great addition to a family.

I am looking for an active home that is prepared to put in the training and keep my mind and body active as I grow up and mature.

I will go to my home desexed, had two vaccinations (I will need a booster) microchipped and flea and worm treated. I have been wormed regularly since being born. My adoption fee is $800.

Amazed mumma Maggie was formally adopted today and headed off to start her new life. Her new job is to be an exercise partner and couch snuggle buddy. 👏❤️.
Maggie has a kelpie sister for company in her new home.

Not often the mum's get adopted before their children, but we have had it twice recently and we are so happy for them.

Maggie is relieved her mothering duties are over - 8 active pups to raise is a lot. Best thing is she will never have to do that again.

Thank you Tina and Bruce for openning up your home for a very pregnant Maggie in early January 2025.

Our sweet Lexie has found her home and headed off to be doted on.

Lexie will have a few anxious days as she settles into a new environment, but know once she adapts she will love her new humans and home.

Thank you Alistair for entrusting us to find Lexie a suitable home. Thank you Harley & Pete for fostering Lexie whilst we got to know her and find the right match.

Luna is still looking for a home.
This smart girl has come a long way.
She was very sensitive to noise and would want to bolt off to safety.
Luna can now concentrate and focus even when there are distractions and noises around her 🥳👏💝.
Well done Luna and Toni.

You will be able to meet Luna this weekend at Petstock Adoption Day in Horsham.

Hi I am Mirri. I am one of Maggie's daughters born in care on a VERY HOT night on 13 January 2025.

Two of my littermates were DNA Tested and both came back with us being mostly Kelpie with a small percentage of Border Collie in our linage.

I am a super smart girl. I have learnt to sit on command after only a couple of tries. Now I do it when asked or if you are holding my food bowl.

I absolutely love water and will play under the sprinkler or splash in my baby pool for ages. I haven’t gotten into toys in a big way yet, I prefer to round up my litter mate and play with him. I’m sure I’ll learn how to play with toys soon.

I love pats and a quick cuddle but I’m pretty active and love to run and play with the human boys who are fostering me. I am not toilet trained yet but I’m only little, so will learn.

When I am around just be careful as I may be a trip hazard as I love to be in and under my humans feet. I have to be involved in everything the humans are doing.

I am looking for an active home that is prepared to put in the training and keep my mind and body active as I grow up and mature.

I will go to my home desexed, had two vaccinations (I will need a booster) microchipped and flea and worm treated. I have been wormed regularly since being born. My adoption fee is $800.
