Our people focussed and playful boy Stan is now ready to purr his way into a loving home.

Stan is a light tabby and confident boy that would suit most homes. Stan entered our care via the pound with his littermates and mother - Dory.

Stan's estimated date of birth is 25/10/2024. He has been flea and worm treated, had his first vaccination (due for a booster on 5/2/25), desexed and microchipped. In care he has happily played with other kittens (non litter mates) and been great using his litter box.

Stan loves to smooch his humans. He will gently place his paws on either side of his humans face and give nose to nose kisses 🥰.

Stan's adoption fee (1 vacc) is $260.00 that part pays for his vet work and care we have provided him. He is eating Royal Canin Kitten Dry food.

The stunning people focussed boy Marlin has been adopted and headed to his new home.

We know he will be well looked after. He strutted around exploring his new home with confidence this afternoon.

Tarzan had a meet this afternoon and it was instant love. He has been formally adopted and been renamed Barney.

Barney is joining a previous adoptee - Pepper aka Nina in his new home.

Our affectionate and playful boy Maca is now ready to pounce his way into a loving home.

Maca likes to suss you out first before commiting o smooching you all over. After being dumped at Petstock Maca and his littermates entered our care.

Our affectionate and playful boy Fluke is now ready to pounce his way into a loving home.

Fluke (yes he does have a full tail) is a more reserved boy that would suit most homes. Fluke is in foster care with older cats, another kitten, a dog and children. Fluke prefers at night to go and sleep on the beds of the children rather than hang out watching TV and sitting on the laps of the adults.

Fluke's estimated date of birth is 18/10/2024. He has been flea and worm treated, had his first vaccination (due for a booster on 5/2/25), desexed and microchipped. In care he has been great using his litter box.

As a rescue we know that statistically the more animal that come into our care the more medical cases we will encounter.

Today following vet checks it was identified that Cheeta and Chewie have significant health challenges that will need specialist intervention.

Cheeta has a significant heart murmur, so we will pursue an assessment by Dr Woolley who has seen a couple of our cats and kittens over the years.

We had observed Cheeta tired quicker and was not as active as the other kittens he was with so were anticipating his confirmation of a heart murmur.

Chewie has been in our care for a few weeks now. She is slowly growing. Today it was identified Chewie's baby bottom teeth are putting significant pressure on the roof of her mouth and causing pain. So we will organise for Chewie to see a animal dental specialist.

We will do what we can for both of these kittens.

Rover now Oscar met his new family early this morning. They made the big trek from NSW yesterday - stayed the night and then headed back today with their new family member.

Maggie had her xray this morning that showed she is close to giving birth to 8 puppies. They are all evenly sized which is a good thing.

Maggie is resting up in preparation for the arrival of her 8 babies.

Call into Petstock Horsham to meet Duck and Googly (our cricket themed boys) our beautiful kittens looking for homes. Arrived this morning and only there until 5pm Friday (tomorrow).

We have lots of amazing kittens, cats, pups & dogs looking for homes.

Update on Chewie the kitten rescued on Friday night dehydrated and emaciated. Well he/she is doing well. Chewie has a long way to go, but has lots more energy and is eating and drinking well. Hopefully Chewie will continue to improve.

Nevyn is desperate for a loving family.

This beautiful boy Nevyn need a forever home or an alternative foster home. We urgently need to move him from his current foster placement.

Phoenix Animal Rescue Horsham Ltd is a small rehousing business that is run by Carolyn and some other supportive friends. Carolyn has over six years experience in rescuing and rehousing dogs and cats. The key element is ensuring the animals are healthy and appropriately matched to their new homes.
