Attention clients who use Vodafone,

It appears that Vodafone customers can't ring our clinic phone number. Vodafone and telstra have been notified and they are trying to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

0448594782 is our temporary alternate number for those who can't get through on our usual clinic number. This phone number will be operating during our usual clinic hours.

Hello everyone,

The NBN changeover has been completed and all of our phone lines are back to normal.

We would like to thank you for your patience over the last week and apologise again for any inconvenience.

Hello everyone,

Our apologies for any inconvenience, we are reduced to just one phone line for the next few days while telstra changes us over to the NBN.

We were informed of when the changeover would occur, but we were not warned in advance that our phone lines would be affected for up to one week.

Telstra are trying to reduce this down time as much as possible.

As most bookings and other regular services such as drug repeats etc require specific case-by-case information we still prefer phone communication as our primary method of contact.

If you have general enquiries and you can't get through on 3207 6041 you may email the clinic at [email protected] and we will answer your emails as quickly as possible during our regular business hours.

I'll let you know when our phone lines are back in working order.
