Fylde Saddlery was started in the UK over 40 years ago by Jean and Peter Wilkinson. Peter is co owner with his daughter Susan. The business has always been run from Hillcrest which is also the family home. Fylde is known worldwide as a supplier of the highest quality saddles, bits and bridles. We are proud to bring a selection of quality Fylde Saddles to the Australian Market on behalf of Peter and Susan.
Office Hours are 4pm to 7pm Monday to Friday.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE: No Refund on Saddles or accessories. To receive an exchange of goods the goods must be in the original conditon. Exchange must occur within 14 days and the customer must send the goods back to supplier within 14 days. All Exchanges must be notified in writing with reason for exchange. Should the product not fit the horse, an exchange will be granted as long as the product is in the original condition at time of sale and be within 14 days of receipt of goods. If the Exchanged goods are of greater value than the original purchase the buyer is responsible for paying the difference. If a Saddle fitter takes the original measurements a final fitting must be done with the Saddle Fitter within 14 days of receipt of product to determine the suitability of the saddle. Fylde Australia is not responsible for change of mind, wrong size or style ordered. In the instance that the customer does not want an exchange of goods a credit note of 6 months will be offered for any of the items we sell.
If the Item you purchased is faulty there are a different set of terms and conditions to the above. The Item must be returned to Fylde Australia for inspection of the fault you have identified and each situation will be dealt with an individual manner.
