As part of our Staffy September promotion we will be providing free microchipping for all Staffy owners residing in Blacktown Council.

Bookings are essential!

- Your full name
- Your phone number
- Your home address
- How many Staffies to be microchipped

In NSW, all cats and dogs, other than exempt cats and dogs, must be microchipped by 12 weeks of age or before being sold or given away, whichever happens first.

** PARALYSIS TICK WARNING ** Paralysis ticks are out in force and vets in tick areas are reporting many cases.

Paralysis ticks are found along Australia's eastern seaboard, and are the single most dangerous parasite for dogs on the East Coast, with one tick capable of causing paralysis and death.

PLEASE talk to your vet about the best prevention for your pet and if you live in a tick area, check your pets daily. Tick paralysis is one of the most heartbreaking ways to lose a pet; please be diligent... and remember paralysis ticks can affect cats as well as dogs.

Please be extra careful if you travel anywhere with your dog and are used to living in a non tick area - it is easy to get caught out!

GOODBYE

BUDDY: He was such a special boy, he was rescued from the pound and began his new life with his family and joined Holly to become a two Dobe family.
This beautiful boy loved his family, liked dressing up, absolutely enjoyed his bath and of course loved his bikkies.
In the past few months he started going downhill but he still zoned out in the bath and looked for his treats afterwards.
My love and thoughts go out to his family, he will be so missed but he and Holly are together again.
Run like the wind Buddy 💔

Penny, I received the news that our little girl had become very ill and her family had to say goodbye to her. She was 12 and I’ve been watching that little face get frosty over time.
When I first started washing her, Penny was not a fan but she learnt very quickly that not only did I give good massages but I also had bikkies.
Goodbye little girl, I will miss you

Steph has been part of our team for the past few years, working in the Guildford area.
Unfortunately, she has made the decision to move on from Aussie Pooch.

Miss Luna can be a bit anxious in the bath, so one day I decided to play some music, Andre Rieu, she settled down straight away. The next time I went to wash her, I played some relaxing music especially for dogs. Nope, she didn’t like it, so I have to play Andre for her. Look at that beautiful face ❤️

I washed these boys yesterday, Panz(black) first and then Pomp. I was just finishing Pomp when all of a sudden, Panz jumped into the trailer! He is a known runner so I grabbed him and put him up with Pomp.
I then looked out the window and a worried mum and tradie were looking around for him.
Big relief for all and Panz showed no remorse whatsoever, he just sat there looking innocent ❤️❤️
