7th fish is injured from being bashed and will not be releasing with colony as her tail may never heal/grow back completely.
If you have a hospital tank and willing to treat or put down if quality of life is reduced to not being kind, I will consider releasing. At the moment she is swimming well and eating well despite injury. But needs time out from colony to recover.

This video shows K1 Kaldnes media (white) and some bio-balls in action.
K1 media is designed in way that it allows bacterial colonies to develop safely within its protective walls while also being self-cleaning with the constant movement in the water.
This also allows older weaker bacteria colonies to fall away leaving room for new ones to develop. Its design, maximizing the surface area that these bacteria's can develop on safely.
The bacteria colonies oxidize the ammonia (caused from fish waste, food waste etc), the by-product of this process creates Nitrites. Both of these can be toxic to fish.
Bacteria colonies then convert the Nitrites into Nitrates which is only harmful if it becomes too concentrated. Small Water changes help to reduce this quantity in your water.
