And that’s a wrap for 2024 🥳 and what a year it’s been!
From celebrating our 21st birthday to welcoming many new species to our growing family, including Banduka (pictured here) 2024 seen many achievements and as reflect on these we want to thank all our visitors for your love and support over the past 12 months.
To all our dedicated staff and volunteers, a massive thank you for all your hard work and commitment caring for all our amazing creatures, we couldn’t do it without you!

We are absolutely thrilled to announce the arrival of ‘Sadeeki’ our Spotted Hyena 🐾 Traveling all the way from Africa, Sadeeki brings extremely valuable genetics to the Australasian Breeding Program offering the vital opportunity to refresh the bloodlines and bolster the numbers. Sadeeki is very playful, you will see him playing in his pool throughout the day.
