There are 2 dogs running around Smith Street shops in Penrith..I have tried catching them but they are too excited and enjoying their freedom 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
I am super late for my next client but if anyone sees them please try and get them!!

HAPPY WEDNESDAY EVERYONE!! WE have made it halfway through the week😀😀😀

Just a reminder that we are not far from the silly season and the days are warming up…

This means we are in our busiest time of the Year:

If something comes up and your appointment needs to change, this is going to be really difficult to do between now and the new year. I try my best but there are only so many hours in the day.

If you haven’t booked your Christmas appointment, now is the time, as I would hate to see anybody miss out 🐾

We will be taking a break from 21st December and returning on 2nd January, 2025 🐾🐾🐾

Hey guys,

Please be mindful when booking your appointment that I will need access to power and water and a place to park my car and trailer…

Also if we make arrangements for a time you aren’t going to be home please ensure that my “way in” is still accessible.

I am arriving at to many appointments where the key has been forgotten, there isn’t parking etc.

I don’t charge cancellation fees or fees for this at present but it is getting to the point where when this happens I will have to charge a percentage rate of the groom fee.

We are only a small business and when I am turning up to appointments that can’t go ahead it is a big loss to us as being mobile we can’t just fill that time slot again…
