The Integral Leather Story
Growing up I rarely made use of my hands, particularly not in a creative sense. I played basketball in my spare time, and at most I would write a little when growing up. Never did I actually construct things and put them together.
I just told myself I couldn't. I labeled myself as a basketballer and nothing else. The few times I explored creative outlets I would find myself comparing my work to those around me. I would always fall short in my eyes.
This changed one day when I was at university studying primary teaching. I decided to write a blog, working under the title 'Integral Man', a blog focused on improving men's lives in a holistic sense. At a similar time, I found myself dabbling in some leather work, inspired by my father who had begun making key pouches for work. Soon I was making dog collars for my Kelpie X, Pucka (short for Puckapunyal, an Australian army base).
