is a cat rescue group and a registered charity. rescue stray, unwanted and unloved cats and kittens from the western suburbs of Melbourne and find them loving homes. Purrs was founded in 2014. We have re-homed countless cats and kittens and we have many more waiting for their forever homes. We do not have a shelter, our wonderful network of foster carers provide warm, loving, caring homes for our

rescued cats and kittens until forever homes can be found. All of our cats and kittens are vet checked, wormed, flea treated, microchipped, desexed and given their first vaccination prior to adoption. Please consider giving a rescued cat or kitten the home it deserves! Our adoption fee goes towards helping offset the veterinary costs required, to make sure our cats and kittens are healthy and ready for adoption. Introducing Beth Dutton.

Yep, I am named after Beth from Yellowstone. The only problem is “I am scared of my own shadow”, so I am a bit different from that Beth.

Purrs is looking for a very special home for me. One that is quiet, with no kids or dogs. My perfect hooman would be an experienced and patient cat lover. You will be rewarded once I gain your trust with my special kind of love.

My favorite things are toys on a stick and I really love the stick part. I don’t like people coming over and prefer to hide, I am actually Purrs current champion of hide and seek (the hiding part). I like to spend time by myself during the day and I am often found watching the birds outside the window or sleeping behind the couch. At night, I prefer to sleep with my hooman. I have a cute meow (squeak) which I use to let you know I am ready for dinner and bed.

If I sound like your type of tabby kitty, and you promise to be very patient with me cause I don't like new things.
