I love this, while Ollie and his family is up in Sydney to do some free flight training with Dino at Dynamic Flyers they took the opportunity for some sightseeing, this is a first for me…. One of our babies on the ferry 😍😍😍

This gorgeous Catalina girl is nearly ready to go to her new home ( she has a family waiting) .

I am the only one that speaks to people about our macaws and I speak on the phone, I never discuss our babies to prospective homes, through text. NEVER . So be aware of all the scammers out there.

Congrats Chrissy, Sean and OllieOllie, another free flyer bred by us and trained by Dino at Dynamic Flyers I support the way Dino trains birds to free fly, he devotes so much one on one training with his clients and he doesn’t food manage the macaws, I personally don’t think there is any joy in the knowledge of free flying hungry birds. I’d prefer the bird to fly to you because it has a bond with you, not because it’s hungry.

It's a chilly 16°C, and my babies, much like us humans and the rest of my furry and feathered companions, are accustomed to being inside and comfortably warm. Macaws can be acclimated to cold temperatures, but it takes time. We would never place any of our other species of hand-fed baby parrots outside until spring. Of course, parent-raised babies do sleep in boxes with their parents when it's cold, and this continues well after they are weaned. #parrots #macaw

This is a video of Ruth meeting her baby for the first time and after a 4 hour plus drive home, this is the feedback “She is just amazing and so calm. We got home and she confidently came out of the crate to eat her soaked seed.
