Gold Coast based WildCats FaceBook page is designed to raise public awareness about our animal welfare activities and get the community involved in helping us to rescue and rehome lost, wild and abandoned cats and kittens; abandoned guard dogs and injured wildlife. These animals rarely make it into shelters or vet clinics and are the most at risk in the environment. We want the public to recognise

this and become proactive in helping them. We feel that networking via the internet is a great way to do this.

Our Story

Gold Coast based WildCats FaceBook page is designed to get the community involved in helping us to rescue and rehome lost, injured, dumped and abandoned cats and kittens. These starving and often injured cats and kittens, have been discarded by callous people and rarely make it into shelters or vet clinics. They are the most at risk of death from starvation, dehydration and/or untreated injury or illness as the streets are a very harsh environment. We need the public’s help to save them. We need donations, sponsors, foster carers and volunteers and hope that social media is one way we can achieve that.
