My heart goes out to the shop owners and their lost animals.😔

The Thai Betta shipment has been released.
Due to localised flooding several roads were closed and Biosecurity were unable to make the morning run. So the shipment was released quite late. Plus traffic back to the holding room was at a crawl 🐌
Consequently, no orders were shipped today.
Will packing all night to get as many orders out tomorrow as is possible.

That's it from us for this year.🥳
All fish have now been shipped out and safely arrived at their destination.
Our next import will be in early January. We will announce the date on this page.
Apologies for any inconvenience the lack of a Dec import may cause. We've been importing for nearly 20 years, and the December shipment has always been a super stressful nightmare for deliveries. Post covid the scene has become apocalyptic. It is now too hot to risk fish being delayed, lost, redirected, left in a van, tossed over a fence etc. My nerves just can't take the incompetence that is the standard for couriers in Australia 🙄
