Dear clients, a reminder if you need to cancel PLEASE provide a minimum 24hrs notice to avoid any fees being charged to you.

We have had a number of no shows lately, for multiple dog bookings. We really hate to have to charge anyone any fees. However it is not fair for us to have no shows, particularly those with multiple dog bookings over both of our groomers just not show up.

Unfortunately we do have to charge you if you do not provide the notice.

Quality, compassionate and expert grooming care is what we offer every single customer at Urban Tails Grooming! We are a small locally owned and run salon, conveniently located inside Bradbury Shopping Village. We provide a VIP experience, each pampered pooch is given undivided care and attention . Both during and after their grooming experience! Our salon owner is an avid dog lover, dog show enthusiast and highly qualified professional groomer. Her passion for animals is undeniable, having owned a variety of animals including dogs, horses, birds, rabbits and snakes! Our business was inspired by her deep love and enthusiasm for animals. Salon owner Kirsty prides herself on continually furthering her skills/training, so that she can provide the latest/greatest products and techniques to her clients and staff! She has been servicing happy customers (both the two and four legged variety) throughout the Campbelltown and Macarthur region, for over 8 years. She has established a great reputation with both clients and groomers alike! Our team of passionate pet groomers are all fully trained and qualified either in Australia or Internationally. Who share the same love for pets! Urban Tails pride ourselves on focusing on the finer details, that will make both you and your furry friend want to come back and see us again and again!
