A huge shoutout to Ed and all the firies for their excellent work with the planned bushfire burn next to my property. They have kept it well under control, right up to my boundary. They have been keeping me posted with regular visits throughout. I am very impressed with their work, keeping the fire well below the tree canopy. I am very grateful! I can feel safe from bushfires here for many years ahead 😅🥳🥰

Jet is still in hospital. The vet said "she's hanging on". Though she brightens up a lot, she says, with my visits. We've had a little walk around their garden and she's enjoying me fussing over her.

Dear, sweet, Jet, is in hospital. She needed an emergency operation on Tuesday as she had eaten a whole 'super cloth'! It had got her intestines in a tangle and Liz Suter and her team at Dardanup Vets performed a 4 hour surgery to safely remove it. Jet is slowly recovering and will hopefully be home for the weekend.

I am delighted to let you know that my two remaining girls from Jet's litter are going to be together forever. A wonderful family are having them both. These pups are such good friends and it's so lovely that they will stay together.
