Some of this weeks gorgeous fluffy crew 😍
Sunny, who tried to always have a sunny disposition, even when being groomed isn't his favourite thing in the world.
Murphy and Archie who are brothers, returned to fluffy white clouds, Archie had to be a slightly smaller cloud this time round, still super cute though.
And the beautiful Billie girl, loves a pampering, and goes oh so floofy 😍

Sometimes being a groomer has its perks… like turning your dog into a rockstar for the day! 🤘✨
Today’s styling choice: The Mohawk — because why not?

She strutted out of the tub like she owned the place, head held high, looking like she’s about to drop her debut album.
Groomer life means I get to mix skill with a little bit of silliness… and I think this one’s a keeper!

Bows 😍

When Rusty has a little support person watching on (4 year old little girl), you have to put bows in her hair 🥰 even if it is really hard to get bows on a border collie.

How super sweet does little Tessa look with her bows l?!?! They didnt last too long....Tessa loves doing zoomies and full body rolls in the grass after her grooming sessions. She had one left by the time I had finished packing up 🤣🥰

Despite Harvey's serious face, he LOVES a good face licking ( him licking my face....)
Baci, we are working on your love-hate relationship, loves me, and hates being groomed!
Frankie, you long-legged teenager, who does amazing at being groomed.
Darling little Ruby, full of pizazz, and totally pulls off her little shaved ballerina feet (aka poodle feet) 🥰

The adventures of this weeks groodles!
Mature lady Lucy, will do anything for a treat, even trying to give me paw for her photos 🥰
Cheeky teenager Toshi, suspicious when goes quiet.....me focusing on trimming his great big back feet, when suddenly his huge head comes to say hi, oh ok, we have eaten through the neck loop 🤣
Old man Oscar, was tired by the end and refused an after photo, was greatful, but just wanted his bed.

The Waffle!
This cutie gets groomed every 4 weeks. You can definitely tell by a dogs coat as to how often they get groomed, or how often owners brush their dogs at home.
Because Waffles parents want his coat long, they get more regular grooming, as well as brushing him regularly at home.
It's a lot of work, but it's worth it if you want the gorgeous long coat.
Waffle is a Shih-tzu cross and has a bit of a combination coat, mostly consisting of a drop coat, the long flowy hair that hangs down. This type of coat requires a lot of grooming to prevent matting and tangling.
So every 4 weeks, he gets a wash, blowdry and a big brush out to remove all the tiny knots and any matting gets shaved out.
I keep his belly area nice and short, as this helps his owners to manage his long coat at home. I trim feet, face and hygiene areas get shaved. As well as just a tidy up with the scissors over all of his coat.
