Did you know this week is Blind Dog Awareness Week? Lily's the best ambassador - she lost her vision at five years old due to collie eye (an inherited syndrome that can cause eye defects), but doesn't let that stop her from loving life.
She was rescued by Hear No Evil who do an incredible job of rescuing & rehoming deaf & vision impaired dogs, as well as educating & supporting their owners.
When you already think you've got the best job, then this happens...
Sweet William loved his first hydro session - next time we'll try to focus more on the walking & less on the peanut butter, but with an extensive background in behaviour coaching, Sandy knows how to make every dog's first hydro experience a positive one!
She's also great with dogs that have anxiety or reactivity issues & loves helping dogs that 'hate water' learn how to overcome that too.
