We breed Labrador Retrievers on the Goldie (Gold Coast, Queensland). Our aim is to breed happy and healthy Labradors puppies in a family environment that come from healthy parents

Almost 5 weeks for Willow's puppies and 6 weeks for Daisy"s puppies. They all get along well. Prefer the undercover area more than the grass.

Another very sad post!
Last weekend we sadly lost two of Daisy’s puppies. They both got gastro and became very weak very rapidly. The vet checked them, tested for parvo, giardia and something else and results came back as negative. We went home with anti diarrhea meds, antibiotics, syringes with liquid to keep them hydrated and anti-nausea wafers. We disinfected, separated them form the healthy ones and tried nurture them. They could not keep anything down, even small bits. We tried everything and gave them lots of cuddles as long as we could. They grew angel wings in our arms.

Despite the devastating fact that we lost two puppies in a horrible way, we are very thankful to have two survivors that are happy, eat a lot, and playfight with each other. Willow’s puppies, Jessica’s chocolate puppies and all the adults, all doing really well.

We will follow up with photos but did want to inform you of this first.
