‼️SNOWY IS STILL MISSING‼️

With heavy rain forecast for the next couple of days, I am hopeful Snowy may come closer to town to seek shelter. Please keep looking and sharing - sheds, old chook pens and shearing sheds may be places he will seek out.
If you see him please call immediately on 0416 220203. Do not call, chase, whistle or clap as you may scare him. If you can take a photo for identification it would be awesome 👌

The nights are getting cold.
We need you to show yourself so that we can anchor you with food to a specific location, then hatch a plan to bring you home to your warm bed!

In recent days there has been a sighting of a blonde Kelpie on the Southern side of Buckingham Estate.🐕
It was just a one off occurrence and unfortunately the witness did not realise the significance of the sighting until a couple of days afterwards.

Unfortunately a couple of trail cams deployed after the event have failed to reveal anything of interest.

Although Snowy has been out for 8 weeks now, a resourceful dog like a Kelpie could well survive in this environment. Between Bungendore and Buckingham there are plenty of dams, lots of shelter belt, sheds, and of course the WTS.

There is wet weather coming and the temperatures are cooling down so he could well be moving closer to habitation in search of shelter.....sheds, old chook pens etc.

Please keep an eye out for him - particularly if you are Elm Grovers or residents of Buckingham.
He's going to be very skittish by now, so do not call, chase or whistle. If possible observe where he goes and if you can capture a photograph that would be awesome 👌

Please call or text 0416 220203 if you any information, even if it seems quite insignificant. You can also message via Facebook if you prefer.

‼️STILL MISSING‼️

PLEASE KEEP SHARING & BEING VIGILANT

SEND PHOTOS IF YOU CAN TO 0416 220203

I'd like to thank the people who have contacted me with possible sightings over the last 6 weeks. Unfortunately we haven't been able to confirm any of the sightings and some are definitely not Snowy, but it is heartening to know so many people are looking out for him.
From Wallacia to Albion Park, and several possible sightings in the Goulburn area, thank you one and all for keeping our hopes alive.

We won't ever stop searching for you Snowy and look forward to having you home soon. Xx.

If you were driving in Goulburn CBD on Wednesday 14th February between 10:00 and 11:30 and have dashcam, could you please check to see if you have any vision of Snowy on the back of a white tray top ute? Woolies and Centro carparks are of particular interest.

Thank you!

Can you help Bring Snowy Home?

Snowy is a yellow, male, working Kelpie who went missing on the afternoon of January 23rd 2024 between Bungendore and Mount Fairy.

His disappearance is uncharacteristic and somewhat of a mystery occurring in a small window of time.

While he still may be in the area, there is a strong possibility a well meaning passer-by picked him up off Tarago Road.

Snowy is microchipped and recorded as missing on both State and National registries.

We implore you, if you have Snowy please take him to your local pound or veterinary clinic so that he may be reunited with his family who are distraught that he is missing. We have searched extensively for Snowy every day since he went missing and will continue to do so until we find our beloved pet.

Or do you know someone who has recently acquired a yellow Kelpie who is very Dingo like in his appearance? Whether it be a pet or on a property? Any information or observations can be written in the comments or you can call or message Alison 0416 220203.

Thank you for reading and sharing!
Please be vigilant, keep your eyes and ears open and help Bring Snowy Home.

Today is 16 days since Snowy went missing. We've camped out, searched extensively, deployed wildlife cameras and between us walked hundreds of kilometres.....but it's also his big mate that feels the loss keenly. The best of friends, now separated 😢

Snowy is a yellow, male, working Kelpie who went missing on the afternoon of January 23rd 2024 between Bungendore and Mount Fairy.

To people not familiar with the yellow/ blonde colouring, he is a light ginger shading to blonde at the beginning of the hair shaft close to the skin. People often comment that Snowy looks like a Dingo.
