Farewell and Thank You ♥

I wish to thank all our Platinum Pony supporters over the last 6 years. This amazing and crazy journey wouldn’t have been possible without our fabulous customers, friends and sponsored riders. A very big heartfelt thank you to you all.

Sadly, during Covid the European manufacturer of our most important and specialised colour ingredient in our Violet Wash and Violet Crème permanently ceased production. This natural product was special in both function and colour properties and was processed in a specific way unique only to this company. This colour, combined with three others we blended in house, provided us with the ability to produce outstanding functional products for our grey horse customers.

I have spent the last 18 months working on alternative colour formulas and enlisted the help of colour specialists and raw ingredient suppliers with the hope of finding an alternative that would equal or maybe even better our original colour. Unfortunately, I haven’t found a solution that imparts the results I’m happy with enough to provide to our customers.

This pause gave me a little time for reflection and forward thinking and after much consideration, soul searching and sleepless nights I found myself continually drawn in another direction and to be true to myself I feel I need to explore that adventure further.

I’m so touched by the support of so many friends and customers during this journey and proud of the amazingly quick success the Platinum Pony brand had with all our beautiful products I created with formulas unique to only us. It’s been a wild ride!

Platinum Pony will not be offered for sale as I’m keen to keep channels open for the future should I decide to return, though I must say I have no firm plans for this for now.

I’m sad to be saying goodbye and sad to not be able to provide our products any longer but I’m excited to be able to put all my energy and creativity into an exciting new adventure.

I wish everyone much joy and success with your beautiful horses and ponies.

As of 1st July 2021 a penalty of disqualification will be issued if horses are found to have their sensory hairs clipped, shaven or in any other way removed at an FEI competition. This applies to all FEI Events, including the Tokyo Games.

(unless individual sensory hairs have been removed by a veterinarian to prevent pain or discomfort for the Horse).

Our superior water soluble blend mixes incredibly easily with water and remains blended for an extended time allowing you to achieve an even coverage whether sponging or pouring the mixture over your horse.

Platinum H2Oil is enriched with a unique blend of natural oils.
