As we close the chapter on 2024, we look back on a year where we intentionally stepped back from competing and breeding to focus on other important aspects of life. This pause allowed us to reflect, regroup, and prepare for an exciting future. 🐴

We couldn’t have done it without our incredible support team—your dedication and belief in Cynbel Lodge mean the world to us. Thank you for standing by us during this transition and for helping us prepare to make 2025 truly special! 💕

Lesson Time: 7.30 to 8.30am (to beat the heat!)

🌟 The P L A Y in Equichild Play and Wellbeing Therapy 🌟

Child-Centred Play Therapy (CCPT) is a therapeutic approach that allows children to express themselves, explore their emotions, and work through challenges in a safe, supportive environment. Unlike traditional talk therapy, CCPT uses play—the natural language of children—to help them communicate and process their feelings without needing words. Through guided, non-directive play, children can take the lead, feeling safe and respected as they navigate personal challenges at their own pace. The benefits of CCPT include improved emotional regulation, greater self-confidence, and enhanced problem-solving skills.

CCPT is a foundational element for Equichild Play & Wellbeing Therapy, allowing children to engage with both play and equine interactions as they explore and express their feelings. This child-led approach is instrumental in creating a nurturing environment where children feel empowered, supported, and understood as they progress through their therapeutic journey.

Last weekend we headed off to the Fantasia Park Dilute 2024-25 State Championship. With some small goals in mind, any bows were going to be a bonus after the disruptive lead-up to the weekend. We were very happy with how our ponies handled the heat, travelled, and accepted the day's atmosphere.

I would like to personally thank Hayley, who took over the lead for Cynbel Lodge Chantillia while I was in an alternative ring. A special thank you to Sandy, who stepped in and helped out when we ended up with several ponies completing all at the same time.

Results: Lots of bows, and broad ribbons for the team.

🌟 BRING ON 2025 🌟

Thank you Pelipa Park Equine Products for selecting me (Cynbel Lodge) to be part of your ambassador team for 2025.

We have been using Pelipa Park Equine Products for several years now and love the quality, the ease of the products, and our ponies look their best.

Originally, I stumbled across their products when I went looking for horse makeup that didn't seperate in the containers in our hot and sometimes humid weather. I had tried numerous other companies who advertised their products didn't seperate, but they did. 😔 On the weekend we attended our 3rd show for the year and for several of the makeup products hadn't been touched in 12 months...no seperation and applied as if new. 🤗
