Mr BUDDY as a young dog, found his forever home. With all rescues, we only know some of their past. BUDDY & his family came to Doggie Manners to focus on his obedience while building his confidence and good manners. We established boundaries & structure both within the home and when out & about. Taking our time clear communication, consistency and repetition encourages good habits. BUDDY is apart of the GROUP sessions which has helped build his confidence and impulse control. Although Miss MINDY, had trained elsewhere, MINDY & her family decided to come to Doggie Manners to continue her obedience training and focus on her energy when out & about. TREATS were not the solution! Building MINDY’s confidence, mentally stimulating her, we began to communicate to her clearly as well as establishing boundaries & strengthening her impulse control in all situations especially around her triggers, dogs. MINDY, is now apart of the GROUP sessions which is allowing her to have exposure to socialization & focus on her energy in a controlled environment. Thanks LOUIS, for helping MINDY with her confidence . Well done team MINDYeach positive is a WIN 🐾

Mr DOUG a young strong happy boy came to Doggie Manners to commence obedience training and learn good manners. Building DOUG’s confidence and mentally stimulating him - we communicated clearly and set boundaries within the home. We encouraged positive associations to the environment & wanted habits, when out & about. DOUG is apart of the GROUP sessions which not only encourages good socialization but also strengthens his impulse control and manners. Well done DOUG 🐾

Mr BRUNO as a puppy came to Doggie Manners to start his puppy training. Introducing obedience exercises and teaching him manners in all situations. BRUNO loves being apart of the GROUP sessions and furthering his training.

💙Vale Mr BOBBY, Mr CRUZE & Mr CHARLIE 💙 Rainbow Bridge gains 3 beautiful young souls far too early. Today i’d like to honour 3 special fur babies & their families. I had the pleasure with working with these handsome boys (&their families) both in Private & Group sessions. I will hold their memories close. Mr FUDGE came to Doggie Manners as a 6mth older pup who didn’t know his size! Puppy behaviours eg jumping had become a habit. Mentally stimulating FUDGE with boundaries & introducing obedience exercises better habits began to develop. FUDGE & his family decided they had room for another fur member and rescued MISS DAYA. DAYA & FUDGE bonded immediately. Building DAYA’s confidence to the outside world was and continues to be a focus. FUDGE & DAYA love being apart of the GROUP sessions both socially and advancing their obedience. Well done FUDGE & DAYA 🐾

Miss LAYLA, was a covid puppy, had previous training which unfortunately only intensified her nervous energy. LAYLA & her family came to Doggie Manners to address her nervousness, begin obedience training, improve her confidence, socialization and impulse control.
We took our time, communicated clearly introduced boundaries while building positive associations to the environment, which LAYLA responded too. LAYLA loves being apart of the GROUP sessions and continues to advance not only her obedience but her social confidence. Well done team LAYLA 🐾

Miss JULIET, as a young rescue she found her furever home. With all rescues we are unsure of their past and how much exposure they have had as a young pup to the outside world. JULIET was a nervous girl, especially when on lead - we initially began & continued to build her confidence on lead & impulse control through positive association within the environment. Focusing on clear communication & boundaries. JULIET is apart of the GROUP sessions which has strengthened her confidence and improved her socialization around her distractions, eg dogs - as well as furthering her obedience training. We welcomed Mr PADDINGTON (PADDY) to Doggie Manners to address some unwanted behaviours that had become habits both at home and when on a walk. Although PADDY had previous training, we focused on clear communication, mental stimulation through obedience exercises and setting boundaries - all of which helped his impulse control and encouraged the behaviours we were wanting. PADDY loves being apart of the GROUP sessions which focus’ on strengthening his obedience training, manners & socialization. Well done PADDY🐾

Miss ROXY, a rescue, and her family came to Doggie Manners to focus on building her confidence outside of the home. Introducing communication, obedience training, boundaries, redirections & building on positive associations to the environment -all improved ROXY’s overall confidence. One step at a time. Young Mr PEPPER came to Doggie Manners to learn better manners and continue with his obedience training. PEPPER did have some basic obedience training prior to coming to DM as he had trained elsewhere. Focusing on boundaries & clear communicating he began to learn better habits. PEPPER has been apart of the GROUP sessions, improving his socialization & obedience,which he loved.

Young Miss LEXIE, although she had trained elsewhere, came to Doggie Manners to address her over excitement and obedience exercises. Changing behaviours takes time, with consistency, boundaries and focusing on strengthening her impulse control, we were able to start to improve her confidence in all situations. Thanks to Mr LOUIS, for helping LEXI with her confidence around other dogs.

Young excited, Miss POPPY (Popsicle) came to Doggie Manners to start obedience training and learn good habits. To encourage learning - repetition, patience and consistency is most important with puppies. POPPY has enjoyed a board & train and loves coming to GROUP sessions. Mr MIKKI, a nervous dog, came to Doggie Manners to address his behaviours &commence obedience training while focusing on strengthening his confidence in all situations.
Due to covid, as an older pup, MIKKI trained elsewhere. Introducing boundaries within the home & including obedience exercises in his walks - mentally stimulated MIKKI. Taking our time, building on positives & MIKKI attending the GROUP sessions - his confidence and impulse control began to improve. Well done MIKKI 🐾
