We would like to wish everyone a safe and merry Xmas.

We would also like to pay our respects to Keelan, an amazing caring young man with a good heart and gentle soul.

We would like to create a positive warm post, to shed love over Keelan’s family today.
To show how much good he put out, with his compassion for the work he loved.

His parents said that he often stated that he “felt like an angel for the cats”
This turned on the water taps to hear this.

It was like a punch to the heart when Keelan recently and unexpectedly left this journey.

This post is in honour of you mate.
You will missed by a lot of people, but never forgotten.

You were a caring, incredibly intelligent walking encyclopaedia and a quirky, genuinely good soul.

Thank you for the honour of being able to know you on such a deep level and for all the experiences and times you gave us all.
For such a young man you were wise beyond your years and bursting with knowledge about anything and everything.

Keelan had a lot of passion for his work and was a devoted cat dad.
He likely nibbled your ear off about his ragdoll lol

Keelans mother shared a beautiful story that spoke volumes to the calibre of person that Keelan was.

Just recently, they were all on a trip together.
Keelan was massive into playing the guitar.
He crossed paths with a homeless man who's guitar strings were half broken.
With the last of keelans money, he went and bought a new set of strings.
He then spent the next couple of days tracking him down to give them to him.

Our thoughts go out to his beautiful family that raised this caring soul.
The world needs more souls like him.

For those of you that have had a Happy Cat Enclosure, feel free to give an honest opinion on your experience with us 😸😸😸

We also wanted to address, why the initial investment cost with Happy Cat Enclosures is much greater.

We got a one star review yesterday.
This was due to the long lead time to get a quote done and it being overpriced.
It was a long lead time.
However it’s not though slacking off.

We are catching up on quotes.
If we have missed or overlooked you, we sincerely apologise and please feel free to reach out again.

To be very openly honest, we have had very severe health issues with several family members all at once.

This is the reason for the delays in quotes or missed calls.

Having won dozens of state and national business awards for customer service excellence, we always have been very committed and proud of our beyond and above service.

Frequent we will do random free additional work.

-Fix doors or door locks
-Tree lopping

We lost our little girl this morning 😪
She just went downhill so fast with renal failure.
She is in the 5% that just don’t do well with it.

We got a call this morning from The Cat Clinic and had to cancel today’s job and race to the vet.
By the time we got to the vet, she was barely there.
We got to say goodbye quickly before she was sent to rest.

We got Lucy in the 2011 floods when the rspca flooded.
We helped evacuate and took 3 kittens.
The RSPCA called 7 months later and said
“okay you can bring them back now”
Yeah nah, they were family.

Lucy was a fierce little warrior.
Our naughty little agile ninja.
She would run to the door and greet us with meows everytime we arrived home.
She would follow us around like a dog, always meowing and wanting her pats.

Rest In Peace baby girl 😞❤️❤️❤️❤️

Big shout out to The Cat Clinic Brisbane who went above and beyond to help her and make her as comfortable as they could.

Thank you to everyone for all the advice provided for helping our little Lucy. We have her scheduled in with The Cat Clinic at Mt Gravatt this morning as we want to make sure she’s well cared for.
I have joined all the groups suggested and am reading up on everything mentioned.
I have so many PMs that have come through, it’s taking me a little while to respond back to everyone who has taken their time to write to us. But I will respond as soon as I can.

*Update.

We lost our beautiful boy last night.
We had to make the heart breaking decision to let him go late last night.

Thank you to everyone who donated. We are going to work out how to refund everyone, as we weren’t able to save our boy.

Thank you for all your help and hope.
We are taking the day off to grieve and process this.
We will respond to emails and messages when we are back on our feet x

We didn’t want to go this route, but we have exhausted all our options trying to save our last two fur babies, that only both just passed over the last couple of weeks.

We have put our hand up a lot over the years to help rescue groups in need. But, now we are the ones that need helping.

Buddy is our world. He is the kids everything.
This little man is so human like and full of character.
He is currently in the ICU at AES, where they trying to stabilise him.
His breathing is extremely high and they have fluid on the lungs. We are currently waiting for an update on his condition.

Like many of those around us we were indirectly effected by the floods last week. Our installations could not take place as we could not get through to jobs and our phones were turned to SOS calls only by Optus. We now have our phones back up and running but cannot access any missed calls. We’ll be busy uploading our installs for you all to see over the next few weeks. This was another one of our beautiful patio to fence designs with one of our custom gates. We know our gates are the best as everyone else is copying them 😹 But alas, there’s only one Happy Cat Enclosure 🐈

It is with great sadness we wish fairwell to our beautiful baby girl Layla. Gone too soon. Always a little fighter, quick on her feet and with an attitude to match. I remember chasing her for one hour once when she got out of our old house at Salisbury, running along the road beside her to prevent her darting out into traffic. It was only after she eventually became too tired to keep running that I finally managed to get a hold her.

Unfortunately, due to her very determined nature, she dug a hole under our fence yesterday to take on the two large dogs next door. She held up well and came home from the vet last night. Her dad made her a bonfire and they stayed together watching the fire. This morning she lost her battle and passed away peacefully next to her dad.

We ask for your understanding today whilst we grieve the unexpected loss of our little girl.
