They don't call it wet and windy Warrnambool for nothing! 😂😂 we try our absolute hardest to make sure all doggos are exercised at least twice per day.. even on awful winter days like today. Despite the weather, Sarah and I still managed to achieve our goal!
Here's some of the little babes we managed to grab photos of for the day (sorry still missing some, will get them tomorrow 😅😂). All have been walked, fed and tucked up in their beds for the night. 🥰❤️

Hello hello!!
Just a quick post to let our customers know we only have a couple of kennel spaces available on the weekend of July 27 before we are completely booked out. This coming weekend we have limited spaces available also... but still a few there for any last minute bookings!
Our September holidays are also filling up quickly as well as bookings rolling in for the Christmas period.
Please also note that we have a new heating system in place which provides extra warmth to half of the facility... first in best dressed! We are trialling the system on half of the facility first to ensure it works the way we intend🤞
If you'd like to book your beautiful fur baby in to holiday with us, please ensure to book ahead!

Can you help???
I have someone in desperate need of foster care for their beautiful 6 year old staffy. The dog is the most beautiful soul, extremely kind natured and gentle. She is desexed and enjoys socialising with other dogs. Preferably a house with no children or cats (no certain issues here, but never lived with them before so just being cautious).
All food will be provided.
This is a horrible situation and has been a really hard decision by the owner due to housing issues outside of their control.
Certain criteria must be met. Please inbox me for further detail if you're interested or if you're able to assist.

Huge day ahead tomorrow, heading into our biggest weekend yet! 🤗❤️
Holiday times are always busy...
-please remember to text us before you come to drop off your pet / pick them up
-please try to stick as close to your organised time as you can (just give us a heads up if your plans have changed)
- and please wait in your car with your pet if there are other customers already here ☺️ Some pets get nervous around other animals, so it helps if we can keep them all as calm as possible when entering and leaving the facility.
Thanks so much for all of the support, this week has been so much fun already and the team and I are pumped for a busy weekend ahead! 🐾❤️😆

Today was a GREAT DAY! 🤩
It was the first day we got to make use of our brand new exercise yards! We also got to have the first of many play dates ❤️
Watching Bonnie and Marshall play and laze in the sun was magic. So excited to be able to start having supervised play time with our more sociable poochies, more zoomie time with our more energetic doggos and to just have more space to be able to have one on one time with our guests!
Our next job is to spruce up the yards and fill them with fun activities and toys to keep our poochie pals busy 🥰❤️

The Croft army have had another busy week this week. So excited that our exercise yards are almost complete!!
A lot of blood, sweat and tears have gone into making all of these outdoor spaces. We are so proud of all the hard work that has been put in and I think the end result is even better than we could have imagined.
My clever hubby Daniel and father in law Graeme have designed and built these pens from scratch, with the determined and energetic assistance from my mother inlaw Sal, sister inlaw Sez and her partner Sam.
Can see the light at the end of the tunnel ✨️ our doggy friends will have new play spaces in no time 😎

I've been asked to help find a new home for this beautiful fella, his name is Gareth.
He is a greyhound (non racer), is 2.5 years old. Absolutely adores cuddles and play time... would be suited to a home with no other pets.
He has been booked in for desexing.

We would love to introduce to you all our newest (and our last) addition to the Stack's Crew... Meet Sam!
You may recognise this smiley face from our friends at The Vet Group as she is a vet nurse there 🤗
You will spot Sam here on Tuesday's and the occasional weekend. She brings with her a vast knowledge on animals of all shapes and sizes, as well as an overall passion for animals health and well-being which is a huge benefit to our business.
We are feeling incredibly grateful for the amazing team we have on board at the moment, which is made up of a variety of key strengths and attributes to see or business improve and grow.
It's incredibly comforting being surrounded by a group of women that work so well as a team and that have fun, can be relied on and of course the most important thing, we all share the same love for each and every animal that comes to visit ❤️

People always assume that kennels are super noisy and full of barking... When people come for a drop off / pick up, of course it's only natural for the doggos to have a little bark, but this is what it's like when I'm in here working. It's calm, quiet and the doggos are relaxed. We try our best to give all animals as much love as we can so they feel comfortable and at home while holidaying here.. I'd like to think that this video proves it 😊👍
Getting close now...!!! A huge thanks to Tom Owen and his crew for doing such an awesome job on our doors. We couldn't be more happy with them!! The boys have worked their butts off to get these together for us, adding to the list of legends that have made miracles happen in a short amount of time! 🙌😀

Another busy day at the kennels today 🤗 plaster has started, Danny and Graeme were busy preparing to get power put into my new office and I was busy on the paint brush 🤓

Been a busy week at the kennels this week.. Lots of concrete poured, painting and spraying as well as more posts being put in. Over the weekend we are getting the roof onto the laundry area to get ready for plastering and of course.... more painting! 😂

Zoe has been a timid little babe since she arrived. It's her first stay away from her humans and even at home she is very selective of who can pick her up. Over the last couple of weeks I've been gradually building up her trust each day. She has really come out of her shell in the last few days ❤️ this morning she was full of purrs and she was sending the vibe that she was ready for a cuddle. I am so happy that she has let her walls down to trust me. Zoe is a great example that with lots of love, patience and respect that you can win the heart of an unsure fur babe. These cuddles felt extra sweet when I looked back on the video to see how happy she looked in my arms. Thank you for trusting me baby girl 🥰💕
Starting to come together now 😄 Don't forget each doggo pen will have the same play space to enjoy outside as they do inside.. with each dog having access to their own individual 'backyard' during the day 🐕
