It's Christmas Week 🎄🎅🫶✨️

Some reminders again to our lovely customers...

We have 17 check ins tomorrow, kicking off a crazy month ahead.

- please ensure that you arrive on time for drop off and pick up, at the time you have allocated when making your booking. There will be overlaps over this busy period and no doubt another booking due to check in when your pet is checking out.

- please text 0488049055 to let us know when you are on your way to us. If you do get held up, please just make sure to let us know ☺️

- we will be closed to the public on Christmas Day. Open hours will be as usual on all other days, 9-11am daily, 3 -5.30pm week days, 3- 5pm weekends.

- remember to please push the door bell located at the corner of the cattery building to let staff know you have arrived

- have your pet on either a secure lead or in a carrier at all times

- our staff Sarah, Rachel, Marguerita, Sam, Jordan and myself will be there to make the process as easy as we possibly can for you and your pet. We will work through check ins and outs as fast as we can, but please be patient. The girls do a wonderful job and we will do our absolute best to keep everything running as smooth and stress free as possible! 😎

- we know the weather is looking hot 🔥 🥵 for Christmas and Boxing Day. We will ensure all pets are exercised early before the heat kicks in, will have all water pools at the ready and will make sure all your pets are kept cool.

- if you have any questions leading up to your pets stay, please don't hesitate to call me, Stacey on 0488049055. Always happy to talk and go over any questions you may have.

One of our little mates Arlo is searching for his new forever home.

He is a desexed, 1.5 year old male groodle mix. He loves to play and is a clever boy who would benefit from ongoing enrichment training.

This is a very unfortunate situation and very heartbreaking for his current owner.

He would be best to go to a home with no other animals and to be with someone who can give him lots of time with a secure yard.

Hi Everyone 👋

Just wanted to touch base and add a few notes below as we head into the upcoming silly season. It is going to be an incredibly busy month for us, so we want things to run as smoothly as we can 🙏

- please remember to stick to the allocated drop off and pick up time that you've selected when making your booking. There is more than likely another booking coming in after yours, so it's important for people to be punctual please.

- please take note of our open hours which are 9-11am daily, 3-5.30pm week days and 3-5pm weekends. We have had lots of requests lately to work around these times, so please remember there may be an extra fee if it hasn't been pre approved with Stacey before hand. Also note that we will be closed to the public on Christmas Day.

- another reminder that if your pet leaves after 11am on their departure day, it will be an additional days stay. This is regardless of their drop off time :)

- if you wish to come and view our facility, please ensure that you have made an appointment time. Unfortunately we don't always have time for call ins if it's during a busy period. We enjoy giving tours and don't want to rush answering any questions you may have, so appointments are appreciated 😊

- we still haven't got our eftpos working yet (sorry)!! So payments will still need to be paid via direct deposit as per your invoice, or cash on the day of drop off.

- please remember to have your pet in a secure carrier or on a lead when dropping off / picking up. This is to ensure the safety of your own pet and others staying with us.

- if you bring your own items, please try to remember to take your belongings when you pick your pet up - we try our best to remember everything! But it makes it easier if you remember as well 🤣🙌 there's so many different items coming in, we want to make sure they get returned home :)

- when bringing your own food for your pet as well as medications, please ensure it is portioned and labelled clearly with your pets name on it. In a container would be appreciated for food if possible.

- remember there is a doorbell located on the corner of the cattery building (the navy bricked building). Please push this so staff are aware of your arrival.

We are looking forward to seeing you and your pets over the upcoming weeks. All the staff are pumped to have so many fur babies coming to stay and we look forward to all the cuddles and nose boops that lie ahead!

These guys know each other very well and are owned by people that are relatives. We are lucky enough to have play spaces big enough to let them all stretch their legs and have some fun in the sun together ❤️ 😀

We love being able to do some socialising with the dogs, but please know this isn't done without us knowing the dogs extremely well, is always done with permission from the owners first as well as always having staff supervising.

Another hot day out there! The girls are keeping the poochies nice and cool. Early walks this morning with lots of water play and cuddles for the rest of the day. Otto isn't complaining 😂😂❤️

Hello hello! We just wanted to let our customers know that we now have a new doorbell. You can find it at the corner of the cattery building, just as you walk towards the kennel facility. Sometimes when we are in at the kennel or out the back cleaning, it's hard to hear when visitors are coming. This is just a temporary solution until our reception area is completed. We will also have a sign for this, but in the meantime, here is a snapshot of where to find it 😃 We still ask for customers to please text 0488 049 055 when they're on their way for both drop off's and pick ups.
