Meet Pudding 🫶🏻🐾 Pudding is a 6 month old working line German Shepherd who recently completed a 20 day Board & Train here with the team at Hedgegrove Pet Retreat. Being a young, high energy pup Pudding struggled with self settling, high arousal levels, destructive behaviours and lots of nipping and mouthing. Without a healthy outlet Pudding would have continued to find her own “fun” when at home. Pudding absolutely LOVES to play! By building her play drive not only did it give her an outlet for all her energy it also built value in US! Being such a young dog Pudding will still needs consistent boundaries and regular training to keep her satiated and fulfilled. We loved working with this gorgeous girl! Meet Maggie & Pretzel 🥨 These two completed a 20 day Board & Train program with the CC Crew at Hedgegrove Pet Retreat. Both dogs displayed high levels of separation anxiety and lack of independence, confidence and minimal obedience skills. During their stay we worked on building up their confidence and independence through play, trick training, basic obedience, crate training and of course having fun! Throughout their training we watched their independence grow, they both were able to settle around each other whether that was in crates or working on their skills. These two now have the skills to be the best versions of themselves they can be and they learnt some cool tricks along the way! We loved seeing their personalities shine through as their confidence grew! #MaggieandPretzel #thewhippets #boardandtrain

You will notice the first time they go through, they’re slow and a little bit unsure. But by the third attempt - they’re flying!
