Cosy Del's is a cosy Northern Italian-inspired wine bar tucked away in Lathlain. With a menu that constantly evolves based on seasonal ingredients, there's always something new and delicious to try. They also offer a fantastic selection of both classic and contemporary wines from around the globe!

Delicious gourmet mushroom Danish 🥐🍄

Hidden gem located in Willagee producing an amazing mushroom pastry.

We think this is one of/if not Perth's best patisseries, we have been fans (read gluttonous consumers) long before they started using our mushrooms. Luckily for us they are under 3 minutes away from our farm, not only do we get to visit regularly but there is no fresher mushroom delivery in Perth!

What makes out grow kits different?

Apart from being the largest grow kits in W.A we don't make ours to sell, why is this important?

TMG blocks are made to grow mushrooms commercially in our farm, the crops are grown and rotated weekly. TMG kits never sit around past prime which allows us to use higher nutrient medium profiles yielding way more mushrooms.

The downside? You cant store these kits for more than a couple days without refrigeration or they will grow in the box.

The upside? We guarantee the best gourmet mushroom grow kits available and the highest yields possible.
