Oscar was back at work today which meant he had to have a bath yesterday. Most dogs dont like baths but Oscar has a water phobia which makes baths extra hard. I dont think Oscar will ever like baths but he can now tolerate them and i think thats a huge success! Some students feel the same about school, so for all those kids out there that went back to school and tolerated it despite the discomfort this week - well done!

Oscar has been so incredibly happy to be back at work. During the lockdown i started to worry that he was getting too old for work as he was becoming increasingly grumpy as time went on. He was restless, he was digging and barking a lot, he even did a warning snap at the vet during his vaccinations which he has never done. But since returning to work i have seen him change completely back into the happy, relaxed, able to tolerate anything dog that i knew him to be. As an owner you always wonder if youre doing the best for your dog and if theres one thing 2020 taught me, its how important having a purpose/role can be not just for our mental health but that of our fur babies too. 🐶😍
Happy hump day! Oscar and i have been brushing up on our reading skills - his first task was learning his name. Last night I introduced a second word to try and confuse him - watch below to see if it worked 🐶💚📖
Always trying to find new ways to stimulate my boof 😁
The egg challenge - id say he passed. The dog has to hold the egg without breaking it with its jaws to show their gentleness. 🐶 🥚
Nothing like a good play session to debrief after a day of reading 🐶📖😁🎫
One of the classics 🐶🐶😆 #somebodyswatchingme
He’s ready for another visit 😍🐶
When marinating in sawdust, ensure both sides are coated. 👏🏻
