I had the pleasure of babysitting a couple of lovely greyhounds for a few hours last weekend. Double trouble? No! Two perfectly behaved guests! Lexi tried hard to get Maisey up for a play! Maisey just wanted to chill! 🙂

Just a quick post to let you know that I'll be away from Daylesford from 15th-29th December. A big thank you to all my clients for supporting me in my new venture. It's great knowing that I've been of assistance and helped with several projects already! I look forward to catching up with you again in January. Being a whippet owner, I couldn't think of a better festive pic to share! Happy Xmas - see you in January!

A major job has just been ticked off one of my client's "To-Do" list. My client works in Melb, but also out of their Sydney office and travels a lot! She wanted a new roof but didn't have time to liaise with contractors and wait around for quotes! Enter "At Your Service"! I managed to organise roofing quotes for her and arranged to have the new roof installed on her "cute-as-pie little cottage". I can highly recommend AAA Sheds & Roofing! Great company to deal with, highly professional with old-fashioned values. We didn't specify completion necessary before Christmas, but they managed to fit the job in and completed the task in under 4 days. Here are some before and after pics! I'm happy to have been able to project manage this job and happy to have helped my client tick a major task off her job-list!

I can't believe a month has gone by since I launched my little business. Business has certainly kicked off nicely and thanks to my new clients for making it worthwhile! In the last month, some of my jobs have included the purchase and installation of a new rangehood, I've organised handyman work and roofing quotes for a cottage owner in Daylesford, I've watered lots of plants during our mini heat-wave, I've taken photos of pipework under a kitchen sink to save the plumber a trip back to the clients house. I've unpacked boxes, folded clothes, filled in as cottage cleaner at a quaint miners cottage on Cornish Hill. I even picked up a dog from Ballarat last week and delivered her back to her owner! Currently, I'm working on some desktop publishing and editing for a local business-person and helping her get all her booklets in order. Nothing like a bit of variety to spice up a day!

After retiring from B&B life, I'm now branching out with a small business venture and offering my services to anyone that needs assistance. I have years of office and admin experience, customer service, hospitality skills and a "Can-Do" attitude. I like making things happen! If you need help, whether it be running errands, a special project, watering plants, checking in on your pets or home I can help! If there's something specific you need, or even an extra staff member for a day, call or message me to discuss your requirements. Reasonable hourly rates. Think of me as Your (local) Personal Assistant!

I have a current National Police Clearance, Working with Children check, food handling understanding, RSA and RSG as well as an unblemished driver's license. I have also completed a First Aid course (June 2018).

Available hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-5pm. Anything outside these hours subject to surcharge and availability.
