We have exciting news - Boop & Blep Co. is now taking square payment (eftpos/card) for faster & more convenient payment!

On that note, come July 1st some of my services will be increasing slightly. This is due to the rising cost of fuel & products. This allows me to keep providing my mobile services and use quality products.

Shay and I are super excited, we are heading off on our annual girls trip. Back to VIC ✈️ this year for some more horse riding through the snowys.

We leave on the 9th of May and we'll start back the week of the 20th, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Looking forward to seeing you and your gorgeous doggos when we return refreshed and probably still a little chilly ❄️

Hi everyone. Mel has asked me to post an about me 👋🏻

Some of you I have met, but for the majority I haven't, my name is Shay and I'm Mels offsider.

Mel and I have been friends for over 8 years. She's the energetic spirited one and I'm the one who gets dragged along on the adventures - Someone has to think before we jump, and sometimes that someone just needs a push! We have a good balance haha

Boop & Blep had started growing as Mel's a workaholic and she asked if I'd be interested in helping her out. Sounded great to me as she already knew my home life predicament - being a mum and trying to work while my husband is away.

So I started towards the end of last year, getting to know the runs and some of the dogs.
Since the start of this year I've been out solo and enjoying it all! Although learning to reverse the trailer was sketchy haha

But before this I worked at Feed & Fodder for a few years and before that I worked in aged care for 15 years which I loved! I have a soft spot for the oldies. People and dogs alike haha

I'm a wife to a fifo husband and mum to two amazing kids who are both school age this year.

I love dogs and animals in general. I have 3 horses, 2 cats and 2 English staffies 😍 I love country music and if I'm not with my family or my animals, you'll either find me at the gym (be farm fit, my second home) or at the footy. I'm a huge Broncos fan! 🤩 and as a family going to the footy is something we love to do.

Lately I've been helping Mel out with the Boop & Blep page and a few messages. But I leave the scheduling chaos to Mel, so you could say I get to do the good bits of the job.
Meeting, washing and loving on your doggos and posting their sweet faces on our page.

I'm very much enjoying it all, getting to know the clients and their beloved dogs and treating them as if they were my own needy staffies lol I'm so thankful to Mel for asking me to join her on this journey of hers and look forward to meeting more of you and your dogs! 🐕 🐾

Welcome to Boop & Blep Co. Mobile Petcare!
Most of you already know me but I thought I’d do a little about me for those that don’t!

I’m Mel, the new owner of Boop & Blep Co. I purchased the business in September 2023. Previous to that, I worked Feed and Fodder Beerwah. I worked there for nearly 5 years!
I loved my job there, the team are like family to me. I loved the busy days, the physical work and the talking about animals all day! And you’ll still see me there on a Saturday doing Popup dog washes every fortnight, soon to be monthly through winter!

However, as you can see from my photo, I have two small humans now, which made being a reliable employee difficult.

That’s when Toni drove in my driveway one day to wash my dogs I got the idea…. I’ve know Toni and watched the growth and development of Boop & Belp for as long as worked at Feed & Fodder! It’s been magic!

Toni & I use to joke ….. as I'd wash Rufus on a Saturday for fun and I’d always turn to Toni and say ‘I don’t know how you do this all day every day’ 🤣!
Well I suppose we can put that down to ‘right timing’ because 5 years down the track, I love it!
I don’t get sick of it, every dog that comes into my trailer and leaves again fresh, clean and comfortable brings me so much joy, happiness and fulfilment! 🫶🏻
I love what I do and I love my clients dogs!

Although my life can get a little crazy sometimes, with my husband working his own business and our two little babies, two dogs & 3 horses!
Everyday we’re thankful and grateful for where life has taken us.
For the support of all our clients and customers and the kindness and care everyone has shown us!

Do you have a furnado running around your house? 🐕 Well let's talk Deshed washes 💦 Depending on breed and coat type, dogs will shed a couple of times a year. The most significant being the seasonal winter coat shed. And it's usually spread all over your couch! In short, a Deshed aids in 🐾 Removing dead hair from the under coat 🐾 Preventing hot spots by drawing out natural oils released by the dogs skin and fur. 🐾 And well, having less dog hair floating around your house Our deshed includes 🐶 Brush out of coat 🐶 Everyday wash shampoo 🐶 Deep cleaning agent 🐶 Deshedding shampoo 🐶 Conditioner 🐶 Blow out 🐶 Finishing brush As well as ears cleaned and nails trimmed and of course the all important treats at the end.
