This is "Lucky" 🐱

Being a part Bengal cat, she has beautiful markings and strong sense of independence that reminds you of a wild cat, but also has this playful cheeky loving side being a part Devon Rex.

Lucky usually does not like vets but she remained calm for her annual F3 cat vaccination while we visited her at her home recently. No more stressful trip to a local clinic for her this year.

Cat vaccine shortage have been affecting a lot of clinics across Australia due to several months of supply disruptions since late last year, but luckily for Lucky, and for all the other kitties out there, we do have plenty of F3 vaccines in stock at the moment and taking appointments as usual, including for our new clients.

Thank you Sara for gifting us with such a beautiful portrait of Nala, what a surprise!

Dr. Anna recently visited her regular client and got asked to share her kitty's photo so her daughter Sara could do a drawing and the result was amazing (the markings and the expression were spot on).

Sara is an inspiring young self-taught animal portrait artist and she does all these in-between her busy school work. She has her own Tiktok page to share her growing number of portfolio and takes commission work requests too. What a talented young lady you are :)

2024 Happy New Year to you all 🎉

Fetch a Vet is now 5 years in business since we started our humble journey back in 2019. As we begin another year around the sun, we just wanted to express our huge appreciation for all your continuous trust and support for our small family owned business based in North Lakes.

We now have over 3000 active patients we look after regularly and Dr. Anna has completed well over 2000 house calls in 2023 alone. Last year we expanded our regular service areas, invested in our staff continuous education, upgraded our website, got chosen as one of the Brisbane's best vets (by The best Brisbane) and welcomed a new van that was later custom fitted for our mobile vet work.
..and we are back and ready for 2024!
We look forward to seeing both familiar and new faces this year.

Our last job for the year done, Fit to Fly health checks for the nine magical reindeers owned by Mr. and Mrs. Claus. They all passed their exams with flying colours, ready for tonight's big job.

Christmas holiday notice:

We will be closed for 2weeks over Christmas period from 25 Dec 2023 to 5 Jan 2024.

We still do have just a few last minute appointment spaces available for this week and yes we do have cat vaccines in stock too (for those who aren't aware, there's is currently a major feline vaccine shortage in Australia).

This is our favourite patient 'Kai' with his very own custom made Christmas gift crate box. He's the sweetest shepherd who went through a lot in his life but still wagging his tail being a happy old boy.
