Happy Friday! We love our wildlife here at FVVS, here is a little video of a super thirsty Noisy Miner that was found stuck in a drain. He was given some pain relief for his abrasions on his wings before being sent to RSPCA for a further workup and was later released. #nativewildlife

Have you ever heard of FLUTD? (Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease) This is serious and life threatning process when the bladder and/or urethra become blocked and little to no urine can pass. This interesting video below is of an obstructed male cat with a urethral plug which is a formulation of crystals and debris that couldn't pass and became stuck within the urethra and pen*s. Some common signs of FLUTD? - Frequently urinating or trying to urinate with nothing coming out - Blood in urine - Vocalization while urinating - Urination in odd places -Excessive grooming around bottom area Comment below if you would like to know more!
