We are excited to share the latest milestones from Week Four of our Assistance K9 Puppy Development Program. This week is crucial as our adorable pups hit some significant developmental milestones that set the foundation for their future as reliable assistance dogs.
Here’s what happens in Week Four:
Sensory Development:
Our puppies’ senses of sight and hearing are now fully functional, allowing them to interact more actively with their environment. We engage them in gentle sensory exercises to stimulate their growing brains.
Socialization Begins:
This week, socialisation takes a front seat. We start introducing the pups to various sounds, sights, and mild handling by different people. This helps build their confidence and adaptability.
