Today is the day 🎉 we are excited to announce that we are officially open at 🤩

A special thank you to all our lovely clients who stuck with us, patiently waiting for their upcoming appointments. Your support does not go unnoticed 💚

Have you booked your grooming/daycare yet? Bookings are essential for grooming services except for nail clip only services. A 4-hour daycare assessment must be booked before accessing all daycare services. This is for safety reasons and so we can get to know your pup before introducing them to new friends!

Because it’s a very busy time for us at the moment we may not be able to answer your calls or respond promptly to your messages but we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as we can!

Please note that bookings are essential. We do not take walk-in grooms.

Hi Greater Springfield Community👋

Thank you for your patience during our temporary closure 🙏

We’ve been working limited hours so unfortunately we haven’t been able to answer many calls. We strongly urge you to ⚠️ PLEASE LEAVE A TEXT MESSAGE ⚠️ if you have any enquiries. This allows us to get back to you promptly with any information you need and also get you booked in for when we re-open.

Relocation update: we are expecting to open on Tuesday 25th February! Please note that bookings are essential and we cannot groom your pup unless you have organised an appointment with us.

Walk-in nail clips are always welcome. Please ensure your pup is accustomed to being handled, if they are exhibiting excessive stress we will not continue with the nail clip and you may have to see your vet for this service.

We are so excited to see all of our clients in a few weeks time! We will keep our community updated on all our exciting news 🤩
