Congratulations to stablehand Emily Brown for winning the Rockhampton Agricultural Show Showgirl Award this year! 👏🏻

Emily will be one of Rockhampton’s representatives in the Sub Chamber judging and if successful, will go to the State Final, held during the Royal Queensland Show, “The Ekka” in Brisbane.

🥇KICK ON COMMAND (Scissor Kick x Zabelka) wins very impressively on debut in the Book A Table For Caulfield Cup Maiden Handicap over 1050 metres. Ridden to perfection by jockey Ashley Butler, the 3yo Colt went barrier to box to win by 3L and looked very smart in doing so. Congratulations to owners Shane Mills and Lindy Ward on the win! 🎉

🥇IMADGIC (Hidden Dragon x Madge) goes back to back since joining the stable winning the Dicey’s Liquor Warehouse Qtis Benchmark 50 Handicap over 1194 metres. Ridden by Nathan Day, first ride on the Gladstone circuit was one to remember for the In form hoop. Congratulations to owners J E Harvey & Mrs G Harvey on the win!

🥇SHALUNA (Shalaa x Stormy Hussey) heavily backed, salutes in the Starcut Flowers Qtis 3yo Maiden Handicap over 1100m. Ridden by Tahlia Fenlon. Congratulations to owner R T Hay on the win!

🥇THE EGYPTIAN (The Factor x Lekhani) This horse is flying! 🐎💨 Ridden by apprentice Jasmine Cornish, The 5yo Gelding now brings up his 11th win in stunning fashion winning the Gallagher Insurance Open Handicap over 1000m. He bounced out of the gates fast and from there on dictated the whole race from in front and there was plenty of gas in the tank around the home corner booting away for a commanding 2.5L win. Not to forget, running a brilliant time of 55.82 with 60kg on his back! Congratulations to owner S G Brodie on the win and well done team!

🥇SHE’S WINNING (Winning Rupert x De Starsandcircles) brings up her maiden victory in the RED LION HOTEL QTIS 2yo Maiden. Congratulations to owner L Y Morgan and well done to the whole team on the win!
