My neighbour and I recently fostered 2 6-month old boys, brothers from the same litter. I ordered one collar for each of them, so that when we're out and about people know they're up for adoption. These collars have so far drawn quite a bit of attention for us, whilst at the same time being sturdily made, and very attractive. I was amazed that the print was actually embroidered, rather than just vinyl/printed. 100% recommend.

The blue leash and white "Assistance Dag" writing are clear and the correct indicator colours for my jurisdiction. Leash is long, so good for free roaming but needs to be doubled over to shorten for 'working' use.

Those who understand the colours, notice and needs if an "Assistant Dog" on the job, take note of this leash. Very useful and helpful for traveling in public transport and other environments with specific requirements for dogs.

Friendly Dog Collars was designed as a visual communication tool to let others know if your dog is approachable or requires space. Initially inspired by the traffic light system Green/Friendly, Yellow/Nervous and Caution/Red we have since expanded to include an additional 12 ranges.

Unfortunately, not everyone is blessed with a non-reactive dog so our mission is to promote situational awareness about others needs.

If you see a dog in a yellow, orange or red PLEASE give them the space they deserve.
