We provide internal medicine consultations at your clinic with your clients or can offer case reviews (urgent case advice via phone calls, full case reviews via email) of difficult to manage cases. Additionally, we provide a mobile ultrasound service including abdominal, thoracic and emergency cardiac assessment and associated procedures including ultrasound-guided tissue sampling (fine needle aspiration and tru-cut biopsies) and procedures including cystocentesis, abdominocentesis, thoracocentesis and pericardiocentesis. We can also perform a range of procedures (e.g. bone marrow aspirate/biopsies, placement of feeding tubes, blind bronchioalveolar lavage, CSF sampling) on your patients in your clinic to ensure your patient receives the best care at your practice. Lastly, we offer continuing education talks designed for your clinic at your clinic and are also planning to expand our capabilities to offer a mobile endoscopy service (respiratory, gastrointestinal and urogenital) in the near future.
