What do you do if you need to go away and you have a pet with high needs?

In the past couple of days we have given a cat its meds twice a day, a horse pergolide, another horse needed his eyes treated and a third horse needed his Pasterns washed, dried and a bacterial cream applied to treat dermatitis.
