Pick up / Drop off times 9-10 am 4-5pm
After more than the usual requests for variations to my set pick up/ drop off times in the last 6 months, I thought I would give you an insight into why my set times have been implemented.
Because I live on site of my business you would think that I’m available all day everyday to accept clients. I was for the first few years. But after getting older, becoming a grandmother, babysitting duties and doctors/chiro appointments etc the all day drop ins were too much. I would spend most of my day “waiting”, never really able to start anything - no garden projects, shed projects, running errands, cooking etc. This is when I implemented set drop off/ pick up times.
I’m not asking you to feel sorry for me as this business is my choice but just to understand that I am here for two hours every day, for 10 months of the year, devoted to intakes and departures. I understand that it might be inconvenient to adhere to those set times a few times a year but for me it’s everyday, twice a day.
I understand that there are situations where alternative arrangements need to be made due to situational or emergency circumstances and I’m happy to make alternative arrangements on a case by case basis but I expect those to be occasional.
I love all of my furry clients to bits even if I can’t hug them all 😅 and I appreciate you trusting me with them. I also value my personal time in my home. I appreciate your understanding ❤️”
