Does anyone else feel like this year has had a few false starts? I don’t know about you but feel like im waiting at the gate still trying to get motivated to get going.
All I’ve been wanting to do is stay in vacay mode and hug my dog. Maybe this post is a little too honest
There is something in staying still that I feel is important for me personally right now.
I’m not quite ready to get going on the treadmill of working life just yet but I’m on my mark and slowly getting there.

Creating constant content for a solo business is hard and social media can be overwhelming and exhausting especially when you’re flying solo and don’t have the mega budgets other brands do or the natural inbuilt understanding of new platforms aka TikTok or video stories.

I just wanted to be honest and let you know that even with the best customers and the cutest fur babies to make content with it is ok to take time out to be able to start again.

YAPpy Holidays!
We’re putting up our paws 🐾 and taking a break over Christmas and New year to spend quality time with family and friends. All orders placed now between the 20th December and the 8th of January will be processed and begin dispatch upon our return.

1/ 🐶 M A X
Max, the OG CEO and forever doggo who ignited the creation of iDpet over 10 years ago. Full of enthusiasm and a passion for fetching balls, Max would happily greet anyone with a toy at the door. He had a quirky obsession with stinky socks and would bounce around like a pogo stick, Although sadly Max crossed over the rainbow bridge in 2018, his spirit continues to be the heart and soul of our business we miss him so.

2/ 🐶 S I D
Then there is Sid, our eccentric boy who can find the strangest places to take a snooze. Despite being a senior don't let our toy poodle half meerkat with 8 teeth, fool you - Sid rules the roost among our crew. Affectionately known as the Godfather or Mr. Smithers, he's often caught licking himself or the air. He takes his sweet time (like forever) scratching and circling around his bed before finally settling into his paw-fect position. He likes to claim his spot on the big bed by barking at 3am. Sid truly knows how to get what he wants.

And last but definitely not least, we have our mischievous Neo with his uncanny ability to never miss a treat, He can spot any dog or horse on TV and barks to let us know. Whenever he sees his harness he knows it's walk time and will serenade you with literally the loudest doggy song. You'll often find him with his nose to the ground, fully immersed in the world of smelly scents. He's our velvet cuddle fluff nugget.
