Myoora Trakehner Stud Myoora is a small farm breeding Trakehner horses. We are members of Trakehners Australia Inc and the Trakehner Verband eV. Young stock sometimes available.

We aim to improve the quality and number of Trakehners available in Australia.

From little things, big things grow! Another proud breeder moment.
Myoora Aurelius (Sugarloaf Akilina- Schwarzgold) was born 10/12/2018. Now on 8/12/2024 he and his owner-rider Alice competed in his 4th EA80 event, 2nd after dressage, clear jumping, clear cross country (but were "held" on course due to two rider falls and the clock was not paused, so they got time faults) still placing 6th.
This young horse and rider have great potential to move on up the grades, and Myoora looks forward to being breeder-cheer squad for years to come.
I am sure his sire would be proud of him and Alice.
Schwarzgold was recnetly awarded "Trakehner Stallion of the Year" at the Trakehner Verband e.V. Hengstmarkt earlier this month.

Trakehners Australia grading tour 2024:

7 week old c**t foal, Myoora Neugraf, (Nicconi Rebel xx- EH Grafenstolz TSF ifs) was graded and entered into the Trakehner Verband foal book with a premium score of 80%.

We are delighted, and believe this c**t is “one to watch”. He is friendly and calm, but has “the moves” to follow in his great father’s footsteps, and we think has really nice structure.

Trakehners Australia grading tour 2024:

Nicconi Rebel xx (Nicconi- Happy Rebel (Show a Heart)) was presented for grading with her 7 week old first foal, a c**t by EH Grafenstolz TSF ifs, named Myoora Neugraf.
“Rebel” is far from behaving like a rebel, and is doing a wonderful job as a first time mum. She stands 16.2 hh and is beautiful with good movement (though she felt the hard ground on the day).
She was graded by into the Trakehner Verband Mare Studbook 1, with a score
of 74.29%.

Trakehners Australia grading tour 2024:

4 week old filly foal, Myoora Abendtänzerin (Anna Baabella xx- EH Abendtanz ifs) was graded and entered into the Trakehner Verband foal book with a premium score of 77.86%.

We are delighted with this beautiful filly, who even at this young age seems to have the moves and “star quality” to become a great performer.

Trakehners Australia grading tour 2024:

Anna Baabella xx (So You Think xx- Baa Baa Jet xx (Jet Spur xx), was presented for grading with her 4 week old first foal, a filly by EH Abendtanz, named Myoora Abendtänzerin.
This lovely mare is 17hh, has a wonderful temperament, and is proving to be a great mother.
She was graded into the Trakehner Verband Mare Studbook 1 with a premium score of 78.57%.

A very happy and successful day for us presenting 2 mares and 2 foals for grading during the Trakehners Australia grading tour, so it was a “small tour” for us this year.
The resident kelpie pack were of great assistance setting up the enclosed trot up area.
The mares were both maiden, off the track thoroughbreds. Both were graded and entered into the Trakehner Verband Studbook 1. Nicconi Rebel xx with 74.29%, and Anna Baabella xx with a premium score of 78.57%.
The foals:
Myoora Neugraf, c**t was 7 weeks old (Nicconi Rebel xx- EH Grafenstolz TSF) scored premium with 80%.
Myoora Abendtänzerin, filly was 4 weeks old (Anna Baabella xx- EH Abendtanz) scored premium with 77.86%.

Our thanks to Matthias Werner for again making the big trip to Australia to grade our horses and advise on breeding. Also thanks to Mareike Winkler-Harth for her expert assistance in the free movement assessments.
